I asked for a quote on a repair and was asked why have you not had your car serviced by me. I then again asked for a price band was told we will get back to you.NEVER DID. They have lost the plot

How pleased I am that, shortly after our move to York four years ago, we found Dyrdals Garage. A family business, the service they provide is excellent - both 'front of house', in the office and in the workshop. Paul and his mechanics really know cars, and they care about doing a good job at a fair price. Recently our very old Volvo had to be replaced. No question I knew I'd get a good deal from Dyrdals and I was right. The used C50 D5 I was interested in was immaculately presented and a test drive swiftly arranged. The car was completely checked over in the workshop, MOTd and ready for me to collect a couple of days later. With a three month warranty I know that any problem that might arise will be swiftly remedied. The highest standards in all aspects of car and customer care apply at this garage, I wholeheartedly recommend them

Following my initial phone call I came down from Scotland to view a very nice used Volvo V40 Estate, Paul at Dyrdals Garage was extremely helpfull and took the time to move several vehicles from the shop floor to enable us to immediately conduct a road test, I purchased the car after a thorough review , Paul was extremely helpfull, his customer manner, knowledge, and attention to detail is superb, following a full service and M.O.T. over the next couple of days, I collected and drove the vehicle back home, it runs superbly, I am very pleased with the service I recieved and will have no hesitation in returning should i change vehicles, thank you Paul and Staff at Dyrdals Garage.

Due to recent addition to family, we needed a bigger car. Dyrdals Garage is a family run business that believe in turning out decent cars. Picked my new XC90 up yesterday and absolutely love it. No hassle, wouldn’t let me take it until it had been MOT’d, serviced and cleaned inside and out. Very pleased.

Just brought a very nice Volvo V70, 06reg, Great price, couldn't be happier, everythings working fine, then, tail gate won't open, tried to sort it out over the phone, no joy, Took it back in, broken wire in hinge, repaired very quickly, comfortable area to wait, offered drinks, excellent in all aspects of advise and help when selecting our vehicle, after sales service, and hospitality.
