They mis- sold us an sq5 in 2018 as we started having problems with the diesel particulate filter after two months. Apparently you should be driving 100 miles a day to avoid this issue. Nice if they had told us this. Then they sold us a new q2. After two years the clutch burned out. Me and my husband are experienced drivers but apparently this is our fault and not covered by warranty. £2k later and this is the last Audi we ever buy from them. Obviously their fancy new garage takes priority over customer service.
Decided to look at a new Audi, The sales guy, sharp as a tack, saw in us two Old Codgers,and as well as the carhe tried to sell us all the add on’s he could, plus buy the car on tick and you will benefit, er No, he will. Then comes Mr Heavy, the sales manager. Now you know about the Thugs in a Guy Ritchie film well there not on set but taking the piss in Canterbury, especially Seniors. Since this happened, the dealership has moved. It was 1981 when I bought my first new car so I know the tricks, O’yes. I bought a BMW.
Car was collected the driver checked round the car noted any marks I agreed and signed a form. , it then took three days to diagnose a loose wheel nut, no communication no offer of a curtesy car no reason why it took that long. it was delivered back the driver handed back the keys no form to sign to check the vehicle back trusted them , next morning noticed the car was damaged contacted Ryan Eves CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER apparently they have an open policy if there staff damage a car they are open and honest about it what a joke Tried to reach Ryan Eves on three occ but didn't get back embarrassingly for Ryan Eves who only deals with good experiences it was passed on to another manager Scott Cheeseman he said "our policy is to just hand back the keys no checks no form to sign" I was also told my oil legal was too high and because I only do approx 7000 miles between services and hadn't checked the oil level since they last serviced it, fuel can get into the oil to raise the level why was I never told this could happen another VW Issue I suppose (£50 to rectify ) lastly communicated with head of business Miles Sixsmith who although replied ignored all my questions customer service appalling
Do yourself a favour and don’t buy a car from East Kent Audi and if you do check it before you leave it might have bird corrosion on paint work and no help from business manager
I saw a car at East Kent Audi and called to get more information. I spoke to Jo Forster who initially came across quite nice. Then when he was asked questions about the vehicle service history he knew nothing. Then got it all wrong and then never called back as promised. Probably want ching football as nobody answered the phone or called back. I had to call on the next day and left a deposit for the vehicle with a business manager. They said Jo would call the next day but when he called back he said he had other people interested so wasn’t going to sell me the car and would refund my deposit. I said it was unacceptable and he said he would speak to the manager and come back to me. Well of course he didn’t so I contacted the business manager who took the deposit. Several hours later got a your deposit has been refunded. I called Jo”s line manager who was equally useless and between them don’t seem to know much about the products they are selling. I contacted Inchcape head office and was called by the supposed manager who in not so many words said tough luck buddy we sold it to someone else but couldn’t say when or for how much or anything then the final insult was to say if we are so bad then why would you want to buy from us. My response is I paid a deposit on a car in good faith which you have refunded me without telling me why not contacting me back and now you claim to have sold it to someone else.i said I still want the car and he said it’s OUR product so we can do what we want with it even if we have let you down. Basically he tried to make it my fault for not wanting it as I would be too upset to butmt from them. The worst cop out inthe history of cop outs. It’s no wonder why all of his staff are so bad if he is that bad. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you want to be served by clowns

We have brought 2 Audi from east Kent a a3 and a s3 happy with both cars and the service from both the sale department and parts have been excellent. But the service department is appalling they never ring you back had my s3 for 5 day have had to phone them 5 times still don't no when I am getting my car back very poor service
john Theobald & clare (the manager) sorry I don't know your last name were very helpful with my stunning blue a3 sline the car was as descrived in excellent condition. And is a pleasure to drive best car iv ever driven very happy five stars all round thanks again to East Kent Audi. Tony & Donna.
My car was booked in for an MOT and a couple of additional works. The car was collected between 9-10am which was fine and i was advised i would receive a phone call once the works were done and my car would be returned by 5pm. Later that day around lunch time i received an email and phone call to say the car needed additional works in order to pass the MOT. These works included two new tires which i was advised would need to be ordered in so they will keep my car over night, fit first thing in the morning and have my car returned that same morning. The next day i had to advise my work place of what was happening and advised i would be in late morning after my car had been returned. I did not hear anything from Audi so i ended up phoning at 11am, of which i was told by someone that the lady dealing with my car was unavailable and she would get her to call me back. It got to 12;30 and i still had not heard anything so i phoned again for them to tell me the lady i was waiting for was away on leave and my car was being dealt with by someone else so i was put on hold to track this person down. Once i got to speak to them, she explained that they were fitting the tires now and that they will only take an hour and then my car will be returned. Once again, heard nothing until 3:30pm so i had to phone them once again. I was told the tires had just been finished and that i will get a call back in a few minutes for them to take my payment. After payment was taken my car was returned within 50 minutes, the journey from the garage to my home is 25 minutes. All in all, i am extremely unhappy with the service i received. I missed out on a days work and pay due to Audi being unable to follow up on what they say.
We were contacted out of the blue by one of the management who offered us an unbelieveable deal to purchase an A7. We already had an A7 that was only 2 years old and we weren't due to change it for another year but as the deal offered was really 'unbelievable' we made an appointment wih the manager and went along to the show room . We weren't seen by the manager as we expected but by Kinga, one of the sales team, and yes, the deal offered was too good to be true! Saying that, we did get a good deal from Kinga and excellent service and we took ownership of our new car within 4 days and love it!

Howard. My name is Mr Wayne Terry. I recently bought an Audi TT S Line from East Kent Audi on the 28th October 2017. Registration GJ65OZL Price of Car £23762. Claire Miller and Christopher Johnson were the sales team who dealt with me on that day. To conclude the sale Claire and Chris promised me the Guard X protection service and a company letter to confirm that my first maintenance service would be at cost price due next year. Claire also promised me a Guard X certificate as proof of it being carried out. Since my purchase I've made a couple of phone calls to Claire and Chris and they told me that they would send me the documents required. I've received nothing to date. The reason for this poor review Howard is because their correspondence to me has suddenly gone quiet and I do not want this episode to drag on. Some of the reviews East Kent Audi have received also concern me. Please would you contact me by email or phone to tell me what actions are being taken in regards to the above as I'm afraid it is totally unacceptable that you have taken my money and promises that have not been kept to date.
