I have recently bought a great BMW from this dealership and I am really happy with it, the whole experience was really nice and easy and the salesman was very helpful. I have had no issues with the car at all. I am pleased and would recommend this dealership.

I purchased a lovely freelander from this dealer, I spotted it on autotrader and was well price for the great spec on the vehicle. Effortless purchase, my car was taken as trade and a very fair price was given and none of the issue you get with we buy any car once you take the vehicle to them. Been running the new car for a Couple of months now and no issue at all. I will use this used car centre again. Great all round service and would highly recommend.
I bought a 14yr old MINI Cooper from this dealer in April 2016, it had two owners from new and full service history with MOT until Oct. it had 40k on the clock. Guys there were nice enough and weren't pushy or bolshy. I didn't trade anything in. I called the servicing garages using the details I'd obtained from the service book, did my history checks etc and everything checked out. Put car in for an independent MOT style inspection after buying and was very pleased to hear the car described as "mint." Only issue was with tyres... One new (part worn) tyre fitted by the dealer before sale was found to have a tear and exposed ply. Since I'd only done a small mileage and had no issues on road surfaces I assume it was like that when fitted, and is probably the reason it came off another car. One other tyre was found to have a slight bulge, whilst another was well worn but legal. The pressures varied wildly, from 55 PSI to 21 PSI. I didn't bother contacting garage as one month warranty doesn't cover general wear, just did it myself. Anyway, I've paid £300 for a full new set of decent tyres - and £50 for a new fuel cap actuator - but at the price I paid for the car and its general condition overall I'm happy. To be fair dealer probably wasn't fully aware of tyre imperfections and they used a third party for supply and fitting. As with all used cars - do your homework, check for common faults, verify the vehicle history and if anything doesn't ring true walk away. I've picked up a mint little MINI from them that'll hopefully last a few years without major issues, but that doesn't mean every car they sell will be like that.
Straightforward would be the best word to describe the experience, we had a price agreed from day one, from then everything was smooth sailing and very quick and the car has caused me no bother.

Bit of a shambles to be honest. I never actually met with the salesman, the first time I went down it was the mechanic and when I went to pick up the car it was his brother who wasn't involved with the business. It was supposed to have been MOT'd and it wasn't, it hadn't been cleaned and the radio didn't work. unprofessional and disorganised.

Just traded in my 2008 plate Peugeot to him as a didn't like driving it for a Honda 06 plate nice looking car didn't seem to have any problems, how wrong was I!! Didn't even have it 2 days and a had to get the clutch replaced and 2 new front brake pads as they were down to the metal, also the driver door wouldnt open from the inside after couple of days, all in came to £468, he payed £160 and that was it, he's taking no responsibility for the car now, the months warranty isn't worth the paper its written on!! He didn't point out any of these problems when we purchased the car or didn't even off a test drive, he also deducted £100 of the money we got for our car for the slightest of things forgetting he was getting a 08 for a 06!! It was supposedly just passed a mot what a load of rubbish would that have passed a mot. My partner will post the rest
