Left a deposit for a car at 18:14, 2 July 2019 with Adam at East Lancashire Car Centre but have to ask for a refund on the same night at 23:15 due to car specifications, etc. They just stop answering phone call or voice message. I would remove this review if you have the courtesy to call me and refund me the deposit.

I first spotted the car I wanted on eBay phoned up East Lancashire Car Centre and reserved it with a £250 deposit to temporarily take the car off sale till I was able to take a look, next day I went to see the car and the car was presented to me in perfect condition fully valeted without a mark on it, the compound that I viewed the car at wasn’t the best however I wasn’t interested in buying the unit so it didn’t matter to me, I did my online checks to give myself peice of mind and decided to buy the car, Adam was very polite and and communicated with me every step of the way through the payment process until all the procedures were complete. The cars these people have in stock are carefully selected and in most cases have a lot of options which is what I wanted, the car I bought turned out to be owned by a telecom company who then sold it onto the director at the telecoms company, a few extra miles yes but obviously a very careful owner due to the cars condition, I would definitely deal with these people again and if you ever have a similar spec Bi-Tdi in stock then please give me a call, regards David

BMW 330D X-Drive. I was met from the station in the car that I had come to see and my contact at East Lancashire Car Centre was courteous and efficient. The car was well presented and all features and benefits were thoroughly explained to me. I had done my own HPI check which came back clear, and after a close inspection the dealer agreed to a small discount off of the asking price to allow for some slight damage to the alloy wheels. The deal was tied up quickly and without a hitch and I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous BMW! The only negative which may concern other potential buyers is that ELCC are currently between showrooms and are trading out of a small unit on a back-street trading estate. This wasn't of concern to me as the car was exceptional with all of the options that I wanted, but for some it may put them off. The dealer explained that they would soon be up and running in their new showroom and this will allow them to properly showcase the exceptional vehicles that they have in stock. I would have no hesitation in recommending ELCC to potential buyers.

Went to view the car at the East Lancashire Car Centre after seeing it on Auto trader. It was probably the most expensive one on AT but it was the spec it is looking for. Met Adam at the garage and the car was waiting to be viewed and looked stunning. Went for a spirited test drive and we we're happy to proceed with the sale. Although they wouldn't really budge on price, they did agree to help for the full MPerformace kit for me at cost price, which they arranged to have done for the local Williams BMW showroom. On picking the car up, I noticed a problem with the roof spoiler which hadn't bonded correctly, but Adam personally arranged for the car to returned and the problem rectified. The roof spoiler was refitted and have enjoyed the car very much since. 10/10 service and communication.

Just been to buy an Audi from East Lancashire Car Centre, Adam got there did a check on the car online and turned out that the colour of the car is bronze in the V5,when the car is blue,apparently that’s a mistake from Audi when they issued the V5,but the guy tried to sale me the car to fill up the colour change section so when I would’ve want to sale the car and the new owner would’ve caried out a car check will appear that the car had the colour changed,he was late,I got there first ,he told me that they’re moving and that’s why they’re are keeping some of the cars there,reading other reviews in here seems like this lie goes on from years ago,they have quite a few cars but into a big shed hidden away with no signs showing their business name,paid a £250 deposit and he refounded back Totally wasted Saturday we had,after traveling 200miles round trip ,would stay away from these guys.

Do not buy from East Lancashire Car Centre. Car finance 247 stay clear i will be ringing ur manager today to send photos and evidence to you so you stop trading with this car garage. If u can calk it that they make u drive to a secluded location to give u the cars the website is fake theres no car centre there. DO NOT go near take my advice iv been stuffed with a 10k car now dont let it happen to u avoid at all costs

Paid East Lancashire Car Centre a deposit well in advance after an extensive UK search for a Golf R. Picked it up yesterday and LOVE it, car was as described immaculate through out with very high Spec. Picked up at the train station then completed all paperwork and off i went. if your looking for a good car good service I totally recommend Elcc cars.

Viewed 6 cars at various garages and bought the best from Elcc. Good price on my part exchange too, would highly recommend viewing their cars they all look stunning
