This company has stole £770 and refusing the refund me. I purchased a car however when it arrived it was completely different to the description as someone has also stated below! The speakers didn’t work the MMI was broken, the engine management light was on and the condition of the car was poor. I paid £1500 deposit however they have only refunded £730 and still owe me £770 and have not communicated to me why this has happened. I drove the car for not even 5 miles!! The ‘sales man’ ‘Mahood’ is very unprofessional and rude , nobody else seems to contact me or answer the phone and he is unaware of his policies and could not outline them to me. He also found it amusing that we have no car now for to transport our 2 small children around. Avoid this company!!!!!

Mate. They can’t keep getting away with this. They have done the same to me in the past. Leave them reviews on Autotrader and Google!! People need to know!!
Appalling. Avoid at all costs. Besides the sexism and patronising comments at sale they sold us a faulty van which had clearly had problems identified prior to sale (bramd new parts relating to issue). Encouraged us to get repaired saying they would fund this. Have now gone back on this and we've lost a lot of money. We are taking to court.

Brought a van from East Midlands Vans not long ago. Was surprised by the wide range of vans they had and the young gent was very knowledgeable. After going through a few vans i found one which was right for me at a good price. has been a month since i brought the van now and had no issues. I had previously brought a van from another van retailer in the city and this van was riddles with issues which the seller had no interest in helping me. I would definitely recommend the reliable, professional East Midlands Vans.
I PURCHASED A E90 BMW 330d FROM EAST MIDLANDS VANS, THE LISTING ON AUTOTRADER WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHEN I COLLECTED THE CAR IE... TOLD ME HAD FULL MOT, CAME WITH 7 MONTHS, HAD 2 OWNERS, HAD 4, FULL SERVICE HISTORY, HAD PART HISTORY IF IS ITS LUCKILY, TO TOP THINGS OFF THE TIMING CHAIN SNAPPED JUST AFTER 3 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP AND THE DPP LIGHT HAD BEEN ON SINCE I COLLECTED THE CAR, WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP ME. I LEFT A BAD REVIEW ON AUTOTRADER AND THEY DELETE IT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I would highly recommend East Midland Vans! Everything has been lovely! I bought an Audi S3 and up to now I have had no issues with it what so ever. The vehicle was really nice and clean and there were no nasty surprises. The dealers were extremely helpful and friendly.
