I would give it a 0 but i can't I bought a car with them via a finance company they agreed on money everything was transferred over and they held the car for a week to do work on it to make it road-legal, i got the car felt rough to drive to I started making calls saying it's got issues, so took it to a friend who works for VOSA he checked it and said the list on the MOT hadn't been done at all I was going to Brazil for a month and they guys told me to bring it back to them when I was back and this is after I paid £500 for an alternator. came back from Brazil and spoke to go knows he was very rude, i was told to bring the car on Monday and they will get me a hire, turned up Monday to the car to where they told me to and was give this tiny little golf considering mines is 4x4, got the golf stuck of weed no fuel not even enough to get me to the stations the brake pads are worn and at this point, i had enough. weeks went by nothing when I called I heard that we were still working on it, I was driving back from work and I got pulled over by the police, the car had NO mot i got a D&A test on the side of the road because it stinks of the week. I contacted the garage with an aggressive email and they called and said oh it's been ready 3 weeks so more BS give the car back and its still broken clutch hasn't been done none of the list has been done i now have £1070 fine and 3 points and a broken car worth £3500 but the repairs will be £4500, so going through the process to get the money for my repairs and fines they have caused

I have recently bought a car from here via finance, It failed its MOT and the garage went above and beyond to fix the car and clear everything from the MOT list , Most garages would only fix the major parts but they cleared everything , car fells like it just came out of the showroom thank you for going above and beyond and for getting back on the road D:

AVOID! I purchased a car from this company and soon after driving it home the problems started, initially it was minor things and they were more than happy to pay to put everything right, however when my convertible roof caught fire, whist I was still in the car! and burnt the roof due to dodgy wiring (For which I have reason to believe they did) this is where my serious issues with them started. On contacting them they attempted to deny that the warranty covered this and asked me to make a claim on my insurance, only after multiple threats of court proceedings and getting the AA to contact them and enforce the warranty did they agreed to look at the car. They looked at the car and decided that instead of fixing it, they would give me a refund, although their first offer was £1,250.00 less than I paid! bearing in mind I looked after it very well and even spent £500.00 of my own money on it, their reasoning was because I added some mileage too it! In the end I settled the matter with this awful company at £750.00 less than I paid for it, just to resolve the whole situation and not go through the courts. It is really sad to see that when things go wrong they treat their customers in this way and I have every reason to believe that some botched repair will now be done and the car will be re-sold at a further profit to them, leaving the new owned lumbered with the issues (It is a silver Saab 9-3 convertible) In case you see it for sale and are considering it! In conclusion, I would Please ask anyone to re-consider purchasing a car from them, they seem nice initially but if something goes wrong you WILL be left out of pocket and feel failed by them. I am not the only person with issues with this company, and the AA are currently investigating their relationship with them, I have also reported them to trading standards.
Sold the car knowing fully well the gaskets were going and car now has to be scrapped after only 5 months .. I wouldn’t buy a dog from this company let alone a car ,, complete dodgy dealers

Gave us a fair price for our car however took several days to get paid and was told payment was made when it wasn’t …. Waited two weeks for car to be ready for collection and was originally told 1 week… car was missing Sat Nav SD card (which was part of the getting ready for sale list) … was told he would order it and then let us know when back in, 1 month later and no SD card so called up and he said that it was on order …this was in December that we bought the car and we are now at end of April and now getting errors cutting out the radio caused by the SatNav which we cannot reset due their being no SD Card or software installed ! Good price on the car but felt that we have been lied to a couple of times about things being done and they hadn’t …. Renault Scenic ending BKN
Viewed a Citroen DS3 online and paid a £200 deposit over the phone. When I drove from London to Leigh-on-sea to pick my new car up, I was very disappointed with the presentation of the car. it was very unprofessional. At first Tim was more than happy to let me drive the vehicle away but I pointed out how scuffed and scratched all 4 wheels were and there was also quite a prominent paint scratch (about 2" long and 1cm wide on the boot). Tim offered £200 discount because I was not happy and said I could get the wheels refurbished myself. I then noticed the front bumper was a little loose with one of the clips not being very secure and coming undone too easily. All of this was not in the description of the car sale online. Even the centre cap on one wheel was missing but not mentioned in the description online. Although Tim said he would put these in the post, there really is a question mark over why this was not mentioned to me on the phone before I made the journey to Eastwood Motor Co. There was dirt and dust on the bonnet and clearly not valeted like they promise with used cars. Tim offered me £3000 part exchange for my car but once I pointed out all that was wrong with their car, he was quite happy to point out ‘defects’ in my car in an attempt to justify the quality of his car. But at no point did he suggest a lower price for my car. Now they are refusing to refund me my £200 because I pulled out of the sale and said they will only refund me once they have sold the car. In the meantime, I have no extra funds to buy another car and will have a wait to receive my refund, if I get it at all. I find their manner very unethical and they could not justify why I have to wait for my refund! I do not understand how they can justfy this. If Tim was transparent and honest from the word go, I may have gone ahead with the sale. But I felt very unsure and he did not let me inspect the car on my own. Totally bewildered with their ethos and if they think this is justifiable, I honestly would warn against leaving a deposit before phyiscally viewing a car. As a result I have to go through the small claims court to get my money back.

Brought car 7 months ago during lock down, was told that it was a sound buy that no work would need to be done for at least 12 months. Due to distance, took the garage at there word, Took to my local garage for a filter change, to be told that it needed a new clutch and lots more work! The total garage bill was £1400, Eastwoods paid for the clutch at £400, advising me this was out of good will as warranty had run out, I understand wear and tear but due to lock down I had not even done 4000 miles! So be prepared to spend extra money repairing a car!!!
I brought a Mitsubishi L200 towards the end of summer. When the weather started to get cold I realised there was no hot air coming from the heater. I took it back to Eastwood motors and without any fuss they told me that they would get it rectified. The diagnosis was not straight forward which meant they would need the truck a little longer than was anticipated. Without any fuss they offered me one of their other cars to use. Finally the issue of the heater was solved. The truck was even given a clean when I went to collect it. I would like to thank Tim, Darren and the team at Eastwood motors for all their help. I would thoroughly recommend Eastwood motors as a proffesional dealership. Thanks Neal Speakman
