Hi, Had bought a car from this Dealership a couple of years ago. I had just read a couple of Reviews and to my own experience with Peter and the Team, just thought that I would chip in. I live in Scotland and had quite a few not very good experiences in buying my first car. Had been sitting browsing cars and had made an enquiry in line and receives late at night within 30-40mins from Peter. Apart from a couple of minor niggles that Peter resolved, I have struggled to find a suitable replacement and often look at Easy Buy cars website. Just let me say, from initial enquiry, to delivery and aftercare, I have been 110% happy and would gladly buybfrom Peter again.....Aidan.

Bought a car in 2019 from these.. same day driving it home.. engine management light came on. Was back in the garage don’t think they hardly attempted to fix it because they knew it wasn’t right to begin with. The garage they use is definitely on the payroll & provides them with dodgy MOT’s , repair work etc. They never give u documents for your ‘guarantee ‘, I cut my losses a few weeks later & sold the car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Endless problems with the car. It’s in the scrap yard after 6 months of owning it. Should never have passed the MOT but chances are it was probably a dodgy one

I wish I could put a lower star rating then this as I have a BMW 1 series 14 plate crap customer service when bought car and car had issues no support in getting repairs done now after 4 months car has failed MOT now having to go through finance company to try and get all issued resolved as car is not road worthy. No rush in trying to help me get the car sorted if anything he just cares about the money not about over people saftey in his cars DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE STAY WELL AWAY"

Its the second time purchasing a vehicle from the garage we recently purchased a vehicle from easybuys as we had just had a newborn baby. The service we received we couldn’t fault and the car is immaculate inside and out, thanks to Peter again for a pleasant and easy purchase once again

Purchased a ds5, said it fsh, when it arrived, i went through the paper work, the car had a new engine fitted and turbo, he told me that the car was just serviced, it was a year out of service, the brakes were knackered, it damn nearly killed me on the motorway, further more it came up with a engine fault. I want my money back and i will cancel the agreement with the finance company. Utterly disgusted by this. Stay away from these cowboys

Cars don't seem to be inspected/serviced or faults rectified before being offered for sale.

Car had lots of faults, they said they would fix, but did not do. when I went back for car, they had swopped various parts and it was in a worse condition. They don't answer phone and don't call you back. The MOT was not genuine as It would not pass any MOT in the state it was in. AVOID
