Bought bmw with faults. They promised and promised to repair rear door handle even tho just gone threw mot and give us service book. Get fobbed off if call. Never do they phone you back.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from the garage, and yet again the service I received was great. from viewing the vehicle to driving the vehicle away the service I received was great and I could not recommend them enough. I would recommend them as they couldn’t of done more to help

Bought a car online, took delivery and the car is a piece if shit, They promised me a partial refund, after a month of waiting and with every excuse in the book including he had covid, They are now avoiding my calls and email, I have now sent them a county court claim... car was advertised as MOT'd till May 2022 and 77k miles. Took it for a test drive so should have checked the milage but didn't. Decided to buy it so left a deposit of £200 and arranged to collect it 2 days later as it was to be serviced. When I went for it I was told that both front springs were cracked and it would not be ready until the next day. I thought that this was odd for a car that had just got through it's MOT the month before so I checked it out on line only to discover that the MOT was only until August 2021. There was no way that I wanted a car with such a small MOT so I told them that I did wanted my money back. I was told that Pete had to authorise a refund. A week passed so I phoned again and spoke to Pete who said that I would have to speak to Kevin. I was told to come down and that Kevin would give me cheque. I told Pete just to put it in the post as he had my address. Pete also said that the car had just been put through it's MOT so he did not see why I did not want it. I told him that I did not want it as I would never have looked at a car with such a short time left on it's MOT. ( I have since checked the DVLA website and although the car passed it's MOT it did with a batch of adviseries the length of my arm.). Needless to say that I am still waiting on the return of my deposit. I agree with the other poor reviews. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. If I could give a no star review I would

Car delivered without prepping the interior, it's covered everywhere in pet hairs. No V5 green slip provided, chased Peter but messages ignored. Got letter from DVLA refusing to issue new V5 because Peter had sent a change of ownership form off without providing the old V5 and without paying the necessary fee. Clearly Easy Buy were never in possession of a V5 for the car, had I known this I wouldn't have bought it. Would I recommend or use again? NO!!!
