Just bought a C1 for my daughter, very tidy nice car at a great price, full MOT & service plus a 3 month warranty......sound .

Bought a van it was faulty & wouldn't start within approx 30 hours after it was delivered. Kevin refused to believe this, till I Sent him a video of it a really not wanting to start. Apologies...boss in TURKEY, get it fixed & we will refund you. Day 3, vehicle refuses to budge from 2nd to 3rd gear, while im trying to get it from my house to garage for repairs. Phone Kevin...again. Oh, Boss still in TURKEY & will be back on 7th August,but, please...get it repaired & we will refund you. Mechanic fixes injector No.2, as it was leaking out diesel & making it very difficult to start. Bearing in mind they had Sent it via a courier who drove it like this from Middlesbrough to Hull. (Thank God it's diesel)😱 The one & only gearbox engineering specialist is busy for the next few weeks, so this vehicle is just parked up at home (leaving a puddle of oil leaking from somewhere in the engine) We decide, we have spent nearly £3000 on this vehicle, it has to go back. Dear Kevin...yes...I know your boss is in Turkey, but, we really need a vehicle that we can use, not an ornament that looks like a vehicle in our driveway. Yes, says Kevin, absolutely, drive it back. NO Kevin, we cant, it gets stuck in 2nd gear while driving, it's not roadworthy. Well, he says, you will have to organised get it here & we will give you a full refund via Bank Transfer...but...you pay for the courier😳 We sent it back on a transporter Friday 14/8/20 via Courier, costing us £180, with all its documents included. We phoned Kevin on Saturday, who confirms he has the vehicle...& You guessed it...his boss, who was due back on the 7th is still in TURKEY, so, sorry...NO payment. Yet,the vehicle we have returned is already being advertised for sale...still under our name, & still unroadworthy. Eventually, after several more promises of being paid tomorrow...which never comes, we had to threaten them with Trading standards, & finally...got paid...less the £180 for the courier, which I won't let them get away with. Please....Stay Well Away. Circuses are more organised than this lot, & the only thing they have become Professional at is lying.

Absolutely brilliant service, nice staff always go out of there way to help you. I bought my 2nd car off Easy Buy Cars and they have gave me the same excellent service I received then first time. Would buy again here definitely. They even sorted my road tax out for me, logbook, and put some fuel as a goodwill gesture. Thanks Peter, Richie, Carl and all the staff there.

Avoid this car garage give them £100 deposit signed all the invoice to say the car was mine was told it was a refundable deposit but when it came round to it never ends up getting the car now easybuycars are lying about saying they'd refund the deposit when they haven't I have been in touch with my bank and no £100 has been put in or even pending to go in when I approached easybuycars about this issue they got aggressive on the phone and end up putting the phone down on me telling me to go to trading Standards very aggressive would never recommend this garage to anyone!!!!!!

had a few cars from easy buy cars ltd, never really had any issues with the service or the lads who run it , they are always willing to go out of there way , very understanding and friendly, my self ive had a land rover discovery , an astra estate with them, and i agreed to a chrysler 300c today with them. my uncle also having a few cars from them too. really dont get many garages like this , who dont walk the forcourts and torture you . really not had issues with them . these poor ratings i believe are just poor luck in my opinion . will be collecting the chrysler 300 this week hopefully

STAY CLEAR OF EASY BUY CARS, I came to view a car and took it for a test drive and told the sales prepesentative there was a few issues, first being the oil life was at 0%, the front brakes are warped, a light on the dash saying service vehicle soon which is actually a engine fault and also a rattle in the engine bay, I was told the vehicle is good to go and that the service light needed resetting along with the oil life light. I bought the vehicle and got an independent inspection done and was told to return the car immediately and get these traders to sort the vehicle faults and put it right as it’s not in compliance with the consumer rights act, I returned the car to get repaired and was told the fault was the glow plugs and was assured by the sales rep that all 4 glow plugs were replaced and he then showed me 3 used glow plugs to assure me the repair was done, but before I returned this car to be repaired I had heat resistant paint marks put on each glow plugs and low and behold they were the same glow plugs in the vehicle once it was returned to me, Cowboys, stay clear I’ve got it all recorded the conversations I’ve had and this will be taken to the trading standard. easy buy cars lied to my face and said the repair was done with 4 new glow plugs and even had the cheek to show me 3 used glow plugs, these weren’t even the glow plugs from my vehicle, Stay Well clear of these traders they should be closed down for business until they get there act right and abide by the consumer rights act and make affordable used cars fit for purpose before they sell them to the public. What they are doing it dangerous, they are quick enough to take your money but don’t want to know when there is a problem with a vehicle. Shocking that they lied to my face and assured me they had done the work and when confronted they then back tracked and said only one glow plug must have needed replacing, so why show me 3 to my face. The vehicles sold here are not as the description describes, avoid this trader if you can and look at a trader that won’t rip you off or lie to you to get your money out of you.

DO NOT BUY FROM EASY BUY CARS LTD. Told me that they were waiting on the documents for the Audi A3 that i bought from them and would post them out within a week. Also said they’ve taxed the car and sent off for the V5C so I have nothing to worry about. 6 Months later no documents, had to apply for the logbook myself, no service history even after saying i’d have it within a week. Stay well clear of these guys as they are absolute frauds!
