D Alexander bought a van from here 3 times it’s been back Now they blank him I drive him to pick it up after all the defects were sorted limped it back as nothing had been done got aa to inspect and said it was unroadworthy Invoiced them for the 2nd travel another 500 miles 150 Was swore at threatened and told to f?(& off the premises Aa and trading standards now involved as well as solicitors they won’t answer the phone text or email mail box full I wonder why You won’t be happy till someone dies in your cars will you I won’t stop reviewing you everywhere and do my upmost to shut you down.
Lovely dealing with these guys, even picked me up from the train station. Very friendly and would happily purchase a car from them again

Since writing this review the vehicle has developed a DPF fault after 20 days of ownership. Have a diagnostic being done on Wednesday and have been informed to sent the quote in for authorisation for repair work. Will update on Wednesday

Well, had to formally reject the vehicle via my finance company and zuto as not heard a peep out of this garage since sending estimate for repairs in. 16 days they have known about this fault and they’re happy leaving me with a Range Rover Evoque in limp mode and keep fobbing me off with ‘you’ll get an email today’ and all the email states is that it’s being investigated. Wish I’d read reviews prior to purchasing vehicle.
I am happy this is why i give 5 Stars. Jake and Alex was good.

The sales person sold me a car in January 2022 and promised to send the sales service confirmation, full service history and warrant confirmation of vehicle. Despite chasing for over 6 weeks on a number of occasions, the paperwork has never materialised! These guys are dishonest, aggressive and rude! If this happens to you, they are in Breach of Contract. Please report them to the motor ombudsman, RAC (they are approved by them) and citizens advice.

i reported them to the RAC but they did nothing...suppose money talks as so long as they sell RAC warranty's thats all the RAC care about.
Bought a car from them at the back end of October 2021, and by December the car began to go wrong. Raised the issue with them as the warranty company refused to pay for the whole new steering rack that the car needed! Had the repairs done as I was in desperate need of my car, and Easy Car are claiming no liability of this fault, and are refusing to reimburse the repairs in any way. Disappointing that the car needed over £1000 worth of repairs within 2 months of ownership, I would be skeptical if I was considering purchasing from them.

** UPDATE ** Since writing this review, I have had yet another failure on the car, the suspension has completely given up on the Land Rover after only 8 months of ownership. The cherry on the cake is that when I bought this car I purchased this with a 12 month warranty, after receiving a text from the warranty company saying that it had expired after only 6 months, I questioned Easy Car about this to which they stated that I only had 6 months on the warranty. I sent a photo of the receipt to the aftersales team which 12 months was detailed on the receipt, they proceeded to tell me they couldn't read the receipt and accused me of writing 12 months on it, the garage also have conveniently lost their side of the receipt so couldn't verify if I was being truthful. I am currently looking into legal action against this garage as it has been an absolute shambles ever since I have bought this car, stay away from this garage at all costs.
Pls don't buy any thing from them if u do test drive it test drive it my credit wasn't the best but they got me credit I felt lucky and happy but the car was a load of sold with no petrol inside I broke down on route to the gas station when I did it fuel in it the service light came on service airbag came up and engine management light came on my way back to London was a scary 4hr as the suv wasn't sturdy on the road the car felt like it was in a acident on the Monday I had the tracking checked it was stupidly out sorry the engine light went of on its own accord but the rest stayed on I returned there car the following saturday took 2-3weeks to refund my money I didn't get refunded for the tracking and I'm still waiting for my tax refund Wat wa's supposed to be sorted first week in December 2021 it's the 29th jan 22 I'm still waiting

Terrible service, booked to view a car and we sorting finance on the vehicle, rang to pay deposit to find the vehicle had been sold even though I said I was buying this!!! Nobody called me and it is still on there website, guy was absolutely useless as well, waste of time Company
