Had a great experience from start to getting in my car…7 miles in the tank and point blank refused to add anymore. Spoiled a very positive experience with some very poor sustainer service.
I bought a car from this company- i went down and looked at it and all seemed well. Within a week the back door latch fell apart and I had to pay for a new one, then the filter was saying it was blocked and I had to have it cleaned- and then the battery needed to be replaced as it was faulty. All of this I had to pay for myself as EasyCar would not help me- their response was that I would have to tow the car myself to Birmingham and get it looked at by one of their contacts(hours from where I am in London). Therefore I did myself with my local garage and am still waiting for any sort of acknowledgment from EasyCar. They have refused to pay me back for the door lock or the battery let alone the exhaust clean. One week after the exhaust has been cleaned and it’s saying it’s been clogged again... I had another garage look at it and they have said the filter is also faulty and needs to be replaced... of course EasyCar won’t answer my calls or get back to me with constructive help. I am at my wits end- I paid for the car in full and have been left with something that simply does not work. The customer care or service has been unfathomably bad- this is a bunch of cowboys who have sold me a faulty car

Bought a Land Rover from these in September 2021. Car looked great, some defects here and there which "Maz" promised to fix and were swiftly fixed. We were happy after test driving and paid cash. Still haven't received the V5 document, car has had multiple issues since purchase, some of which were fixed after weeks of chasing up. We are still waiting on a part which was ordered back in October, due to be sent to us 'in a matter of days'. Every time we do actually manage to speak to someone from the garage, we are told 'we will find out and call you back'. Never happens! At the end of our tether with this awful company. Please DO NOT purchase a car from Easy Car Credit Ltd, Halifax. It will only end up in unwanted stress.

Purchased an Audi Q7 and was very pleased with the service and the condition of the car. I contacted the dealership in relation an Audi Q7 they had for sale. I was sent over details about the car and based upon this I attended the dealership and test drove the car. I was then asked about finance options and they dealer advised they could potentially offer finance. They took some basic details and within 20 minutes they had the finance accepted at a lower rate than my bank had offered. I did not expect to be able to drive the car away the same day but they said if I could wait another 30 minutes I could take the car. True to their word I was on my way home in my new car 30 mins later. Great guys at Easy Car Credit and would recommend.

Unprofessional, realised after car had issues, avoided to help and fobbed me of.
I took a punt on a Mk3 Mondeo ST which looked immaculate inside and out, had an online walk around and it seemed pretty good so decided to have it delivered without seeing it in person, not something I will ever be doing again. Upon delivery I took it for a spin and immediately regretted my decision, not only was it only firing on three (possibly even two) cylinders, it wouldn't even drive in a straight line. I'm not talking about a bit of tracking, I'm talking like it felt there was something horrifically wrong with the suspension, it was incredibly dangerous to drive. After limping home again I inspected the outside and found the drivers window was held up only by a plastic chock that had been wedged between glass and frame. Upon further inspection I noticed a further two window mechanisms were broken and the glass was ill-fitting and wouldn't fully close. None of these things were mentioned in pre-purchase communications. And to top it all off it took three days and numerous phone calls to get my money back. They even had the bare cheek to hold back £250 for the privilege of delivering me a broken, dangerous car. You have been warned. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Genuinely, these guys have been superb. Prior to agreeing to buy, they were open and transparent; the car was prepped to an immaculate standard and ready when promised; service levels have been superb and even in contacting their after-sales team, I couldn’t be more impressed. Buy with confidence.
I would avoid this company at all cost terrible service don’t car about you once you paid for the car!
From the moment I arrived in Halifax the experience was terrible. 1. They were 30 minutes late picking me up after I travelled 5 hours on the train. 2. The car was filthy, not MOTd or ready. 3. after 3 hours I inspected the truck and its roller door was broken and a warning light on the dash. 4. 2 hours later they came back wuth the vehicle add blue light still on claiming it just needed topped up. 5. took it to local garage and topped up which did not fix the issue. 6. Had to pay £1548.97 to fix the issue, which RAC partly refunded but left me out of pocket £513.60 7. After saying they would pay for the issue they are now refusing and I am looking to seek legal action (this has now been weeks and they are still dragging their heels) AVOID AT ALL COSTS
