Great staff, great service, move quickly once the paperwork is done. Only downside is that there is no card machine so the down payment has to be cash or bank transfer. So if one has an interest free 4 months type card then using it isn’t an option. Or if you wanna earn miles. Or get a 1-2% cashback. So I’d definitely recommend they sort that aspect out. Other than that everything was spot on. Also definitely wait on confirmation from your lender reaching them first. Just having a proposal agreement signed off by yourself doesn’t do the trick and this can be a bit of a wait depending on your lender. Not the dealership’s issue of course.

From start-to-finish the staff at Easy Car Credit were as helpful as can be (given COVID restrictions). Always happy to answer calls, arrange car viewing and to get the process moving along smoothly. Once the car was purchased, the lads helped me transfer ownership, set up insurance and showed me everything I needed to know about the car. Couldn't recommend them any more, thanks again!

Obviously buying a new car is always a good time and you look forward to driving away your new car, but during the time leading up to actually taking thew car home the Staff at Easy Car Credit were more than helpful. Their enthusiasm to both show me the car and guide me through the paperwork processes was extremely helpful and appreciated. Buying a new car is not something I have done very often so i was glad of their support and guidance. I have also received text from our Easy Credit Representative Adam several times after my purchase just checking all is well with my car and that I was having no problems. Easy Car Credit certainly made my purchase and after service a very enjoyable experience and I thank them for all their help it was much appreciated.
