Van not as described . Came with engine light on . Had been signs on it originally which still visible all over . Back doors not flush when shut . Side door hardly moves due to corrosion and nearly holes when runner is .also back brakes are grinding when driving as really noisy.. Absolutely shocking . Taken more than day to get it registered . Cant even reject it as have to take to a garage to pay for a report …!!! Took our cash no problem .

The single worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is non existent! The car arrived with a flat tyre and mould on the interior. Vauxhall zafira AE65TZJ - do not touch this car! We returned it due to it breaking down after 3 days. Independent electrical specialist deemed the car irreparable. Took 8 weeks to get our money back under a 14day return policy!!! The aftersales staff are incompetent and rude. They make every excuse under the sun not to deal with any complaints. We had to pay for the replacement tyre of which we were told they will reimburse but actually only offered us 50% and we had to pay for a diagnostic report over £100 before they would accept the return of the car - not reimbursed either. Honestly do NOT buy a car from this company unless you want weeks of stress!! Reported to trading standards!

Was very impressed with Ash the salesman. He went through everything very efficiently with us before buying our car. Will definitely recommend easy car credit to anyone wanting a car.
