This company is the worst company to deal with it. They took all my details and I made to clear to them that I only wanted a soft credit search anyway they went ahead and done 2 hard credit search with has badly affected my clear score. I have tried to be in contact with them on lots of occasions only to be ignored as they have my contact details so they don't answer. It was only when I called from a different phone number they actually picked up the phone. Stay well clear of this company!!! They are a joke.

Unfortunately not a good experience buying from this company. Car was delivered to me with worn back tyres, The mot had numerous advisories including corroded brake pipes,the most alarming thing was Egr valve was loose causing fumes to flood the vehicle interior,made me feel unwell. After contacting Zuto the tyres were replaced and got Egr valve sorted. Still waiting 5 weeks for V5 after being assured it was put in my name,I contacted Dvla to say that there had been no application made to change me to vehicle keeper. I have now applied myself after them assuring me on numerous occasions this was submitted. Still finding issues with the vehicle, I believe it's just been sold on with little or zero preparation or checks ,they advertised under RAC promise, and i will be taking this up with the Rac. Be cautious buying from this company, the reviews on website are excellent, but all cherry picked and you cant leave an honest review there.

A big shout out to the salesman Adam, he went above and beyond to resolve a complaint that I had with the Air-con not working due to a leaking condenser. We eventually agreed upon a settlement figure for the repair, I'm over the moon with the car now that the Air-con is now working.

I would strongly recommend you stay well away from this company. There your best friend and won’t stop ringing and txting to get your money and signature. The car I bought was an absolute nightmare and every single fault light was on. Surprise surprise everytime I tried to call them they were either busy , on holiday or sick - there a bunch of clowns and if I’ve learnt something it’s never to do business with these again. Stay well away , trust me if you don’t you will regret it. Msg me for more details if needed - horrible people

Absolutely disappointed. I’ve seen car online and went there to see it, I only passed driving so it was my first car , no experience at all. Been welcomed Asian salesman ( unfortunately don’t know the name as they refunded to tell me) because I want to aware you for start with he asked if I want finance or do I pay - car costed 8950 so i decided that I will pay deposit £5k and take rest of balance on finance , sales man agreed and checked my credit scores , all went ok so I agreed to buy car. I’ve been offered 1year warranty for car parts for just £30 a month so agreed to that too. On the end I’ve asked for my invoice or any proof of purchase and salesman said it will be sent by bank in 14 days … that was because I had no experience whatsoever I just trusted to him. Car was okay I’m happy with it but even I was messaging salesman the invoice didn’t arrived. He stoped answering to my message and then explained he is sorry, he has covid and that’s why there was no reply from his side. In meantime I’ve sent official email to company asking for documents about my finance and car . I’ve received documents but without my signature so I have also contacted the bank because big surprise for me was finance for 4950 not 3950!!! I’ve been charged £1000 on top without any explanation!!? I’ve reported fraud to bank, contacted citizen advice help too. Devastated because I never agreed to it. Soon after this I had call from seller ( I gues bank contact them) saying to me that £1000 is for 5 years warranty for car parts ( who gives 5 year warranty for 7 year old car??? ) and that’s my amazing deal what they gave me. Great but I didn’t want it, he tried to turn all up side down so it’s my fault but it wasn’t. If that’s true why I never received any paperwork for these 5 years warranty!? Then another time he asked for details and to ring bank and explain them this, he was aggressive and he shouted to phone , made me feel anxious for days . Ghosted me another time till someone else from their company I think Tim helped me out apologised and refunded me £1000 , which I gave back to bank. All experience really affected my mental health , I don’t recommend to deal with them it’s the worst what happened to me since I’m in uk for last 13 years. Please avoid

After numerous phone calls this matter has not been resolved it’s been over 10 weeks I’ve also phoned zuto and they haven’t got back to me yet drove all the way from Wales picked my car up and left my part exchange it was so wet we couldn’t inspect the car till the following day found a few things phoned them and they said nothing they could do as we inspected the car
