Awful service, arrogant and dodgy, do not buy from these people

I bought a car off them and told them about a fault it had on it the same day after collecting it but they claimed the fault wasn’t there while it was in their possession.also to mention the car was given without being serviced,it had very low engine oil inside and the service light on.would not recommend anyone to buy their car from here as they are only very helpful to make the sale of a car but couldn’t care the slightest once it’s sold.

I bought the car from them and later i had lots of major issues and car is only 3 years old. When i called the garage they told me to talk to warranty then warranty said we ll not speak to you we ll speak to garage. Later when i took car to garage they told ny garage after he diagnosed they said u need to strip the car more and tgen we ll see if we ll authorised. They didnt authorised and easy car garage now they not answering my phone. Do not buy any car from here.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with the dealer for the past 2 days about an Audi A4, its exactly what i’m looking for, I saw on autotrader and it keeps going to mail box when i ring. I’ve left a voicemail and email and i haven’t been phoned back yet. Any help?

Very easy to talk to and helpful with ideas

My son bought car last Saturday and despite numerous calls texts to garage and after sales team not has called us back and we still have no parcel shelf which was seen when we viewed car. They said valet company lost it and they would send us a replacement !!!

Avoid these conmen at all costs. Bought a Ford Ranger from them with an RAC warranty, they promised they would send on the service history and re-imburse me for a piece of trim that it needed but suddenly became very hard to get hold of. The truck developed a fault which should have been covered under warranty but on contacting the RAC they informed me that the warranty policy had never even been taken out. They won't forward me the service history so I'm now stuck with a £600 bill for warranty repairs, a £44 bill for a missing piece of trim and a truck with no service history. So all in all DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THESE!

Shocking keep well away rang up inquiring about a car thay kept ringing me all day asking me to use there finances company I said no but perisited in me going with them thay have done 5 credit checks in my name and I have NOT asked them to do this very underhand was spoken to very rude on the phone im fuming thay have tryed to take car finance out in my name without me authorisation KEEP WELL AWAY DEFINITELY UNDER HANDED AND RUDE

They jokingly said the car was sold and laughed it off, then said they were joking at took a deposit. Only to call back later laughing saying they had sold the car. In the meantime I had sold my car and got a loan to pick it up today. They were reluctant to help. Awful service would never call or look at any of their cars again
