After doing a search on their web page, I noticed a vehicle which, on paper, should meet my requirements and seemed to be just what I was looking for. I made telephone arrangements to view the vehicle the following day at an agreed time. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was informed the vehicle had run out of fuel, I waited for fuel to be put in and then started the vehicle. The battery was the wrong size (too small) and very corroded round terminals. I was informed by the salesperson the vehicle had undergone 50 a check inspection and was in great condition. We went for a test drive, only to find a loud suspension knocking noise from the rear. On arrival back to the yard, I tried to check in the boot to see if anything was there that could have contributed to the knocking, guess what the boot lock was seized. My advice to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from this company: Make sure to take a qualified motor mechanic with you and take whatever you are told by the salesperson with caution. This was my honest review about my poor experience which is not necessarily always the case.

Jake has helped me since the start to assure I was happy with the price I paid. He’s also gone out his way to assure I had a van for when I needed the van. Much appreciated and I would be more than happy to do more deals with himself in the long run. Good service fast reliable
Came to collect vehicle from garage and had no issues and everything was explained
Came across these guys through zuto. Easy process from start to finish. Test drove a car within an hour of enquiring, noticed some issues minor issues with the car on test driving which were rectified immediately. Drove the car away next day. Smooth, easy process.

Would give it 0 stars if I could...avoid like the plague! After purchasing a vehicle from them 3 months ago, the car is now undriveable due to no fault of my own. It's got to the point that I've had to go out and purchase a new vehicle on finance, as this car is too dangerous to drive. The after sales service has been absolutely shocking, with complete lack of communication and the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Due to this, I am having to sell the vehicle to a garage for over £1500 less than I paid for it 3 months ago is a complete joke and something I cannot afford to do. Sharing my experience so that hopefully others take note of this and don't go through the stress and financial loss I've had to. Easy Car Credit, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
