I love my Volvo, there are no issues to report. The premises can be a little off putting, but the staff were really good to deal with. There was a part that was needed for the car and even though it did end up taking 3 weeks to come, the salesman did everything he could to get it to me as soon as possible.

I was looking for the specific car online when I came across Easy Carz, the car was exactly what I was after so decided to give them a go, and based on my time with them buying my Lexus, I would consider buying from them again. The staff were helpful and got everything sorted promptly for me. As a whole I'm happy with everything.

Overall I would say I've had a really good experience with Easy Carz, the team there were really helpful, were able to answer any of my questions. I would be happy to buy from them again as everything generally went very well.

Everything has been fine with my new vehicle, I have done a few trips in it already and had no issues. The customer service was very quick yet smooth. And they even made sure the car was cleaned for me, I found them to be have efficient in getting the deal done, I would consider returning in the future.

The cars actually for the Mrs and the kids, they are loving it! I've not heard any thing from her about it, so everything is running well. I went to the dealership to buy the car and the staff were good, looked after us well and would happily give them 5 stars!

After recently passing my test, I was after buying the car I have wanted for a long time. I found it at Easy Carz and they were amazing throughout, with it being my first time buying a car they made sure to explain everything to me, answered any questions and all paperwork was ready waiting. I have had my A1 for a little while now and everything is perfect, getting use to it all and finding any excuse to take it out for a drive. Thanks Easy Carz!

I would give a 4 star review as there was an issue with the speakers, when they are turned up loud the bass drops in and out, I do think the dealership most likely weren't aware of this as they wouldn't have turned up the music all the way when doing checks. One of the breaks lights went out also but again this wouldn't have been anticipated by the dealership. Apart from those 2 things am very pleased with the car and didn't have any issues with the customer service.

I bought my car through a finance broker so I didn't really speak with Easy Carz until collection, I initially wanted the car to be delivered but due to additional costs from my finance company ,I decided to go and collect it instead. It was a very long drive, but when I arrived the staff were lovely to me and the car was as described. I have an issue with the front sensor not working which I have fed back, hopefully get some help in getting sorted.

4. It was a basic setup but good service. Polite and happy and happy to help us through the process without being pushy.
