The salesman was a really big part as to why we decided to buy from this dealer. The level of customer care he provided throughout was better than any place I have ever been to before. I really liked the way he conducted the sale, he was more like a friend rather than a salesman and I was having an issue with the payment for the car going through and he helped me with that also. Everything was really relaxed and chilled I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a car. The Fiat I did end up buying is fantastic, driving like a dream. I cannot put into words how impressed I am with the salesman, he was such a lovely, lovely guy, there really is no better than this dealership. I only give these 4 out of 5 because no one is perfect but these certainly did come close.

I am really happy with how everything has been handled for me. I bought a Volvo recently from Easy Carz dealership. The sales executive was very kind, very patient, very knowledgeable, and he was just a very nice sales guy in general. There was no pressure applied at all, I was able to take my time deciding if it was for me or not. I took the car for a little test drive, and knew it was for me so everything was sorted and I was on my way. The car is a dream, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a new motor and shop with them again.

Every is going well with my VW Touareg at the moment, it is a great car. The customer service from here was also really good, it was a slick process, everything was clear, knowledgeable staff, it really was a good service from start to end. The customer service was really good at Easy Cars in Luton, I was very impressed and I need to give credit to them where credit is due. I got to take the car for a test drive before committing myself to buying it, it was a great car and smooth to drive so it was a no brainer to wrap things up and go ahead with the deal. I travelled over 3 hours on the train to come to Easy Cars but it certainly was worth it at the end of the day and it was a smooth transaction. I would certainly consider travelling the distance again when I'm looking for a new car if they have something in stock that takes my fancy.
