This is the best Car Dealer I've ever done business with and I've been driving for 60 years. John is incredibly helpful and never once did I feel pressured into a sale. Also Craig who kindly transported my new car to Southampton for me to collect as I'm disabled and live on the Isle of Wight. Bought a Tivoli from Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars on Sunday 20/11/2022. John was extremely helpful and concluded the deal on the day for us to drive away with the vehicle. Vehicle was very well prepared and in pristine condition. Very pleased with the overall deal and will highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars. Included in the deal was a top class warranty which included Premium Road Side Assistance for the duration of the warranty at No extra cost. Could not be happier with the overall experience

i picked up my new car yesterday john and gavin had the car all ready for when i got there it looked a million dollors it has been cleaned to a high standard every think was explained to me very clearly i would not buy a car from any were else now very good service i would recomend ebbsfleet specialist cars to any one

WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!!! Do NOT buy a car from this company! They sold a car to a female claiming it had two previous owners. Yes, I have the paperwork stating that. When the female sold the car a Month later to me the DVLA logbook states five previous owners. A private investigator contacted these charlatans who would not answer the questions and claimed the person who sold the car was not in. Police will now have to be involved along with other agencies.

I have just visited thia dealer with a view to buy a car.........which I will in the morning. The guy in sales (John) as per the other reviews gives no pressure at all! I felt very comfortable all the time he was very knowledgeable and if he didnt have the answer he went and found out he didnt guess. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH WELL PREPARED PRE OWNED VEHICLES ANYWHERE? On your problem how does this sound?? When they bought the car it was sold to them with the new keeper supplement as the owner had sent off the logbook! The new keeper slip does not show owners and they were told 2 owners? That is why they put it on their paperwork! The New owner then completes the new owner slip and gets the log book back with whatever? Whose fault is that? Not the dealer he acted in good faith giving the information he was given. This is a very good possibility and is just my opinion btw :-) It is a tangled web and I hope you enjoy running people down on the internet.... another keyboard warrior. Im looking forward to this episode of "The Equaliser" I will give another review next week when I have taken delivery.
well i have purchased cars from various places over the past 45 years and today this place came top. best ever chat, service and test drive. As an aside It was a shame to see my old trustworthy wagon r in yellow go as the part exchange. But it's replacement is fantastic :) and a nice shade of blue to boot. Recommend these guys . huge warranty , free fuel and told to call in for coffee anytime i was passing.

I give the highest recommendation to the guys at Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars to everyone. A week ago I bought a flame red Nissan Leaf 2016 Fully Electric car that looked as if it came out of the Nissan factory the day before. I was hoping to haggle a little bit on the price but I couldn’t find one minor fault to haggle over. Every car ..including a Bentley were in showroom condition. I recommend you allow yourself a bit of extra time just looking over the cars you won’t be buying but would if you could. I travelled 125 miles by train to get there and John was at the Northfleet station waiting to give me a lift..expect to be treated like an honoured guest ..I had to say to John he didn’t need to call me Sir
