We purchased a rather nice 55 plate BMW 3 series 320i from Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars. A few faults developed after the sale which to be fair wouldnt have been that apparant unless owning and runing the car for a week or so. Ebbsfleet Specialist cars were quick to respond and after a couple of visits got the problems sorted. For us Ebbsfleet staff were always pleasant and polite and pro-active. I would even go as far to say that their service has exceeded that of many a main dealer i have had experience with. Craig was an absolute gentleman and kept us up to speed on any work that was required and hand delivered the car back to us. Buying second hand cars can be a risky business but Ebbsfleet have given great support and removed that risk for us despite the vehicle not being one of their more expensive prestige vehicles im sure they gave me the same service level as if i had purchased the most expensive car from their stock. As things stand i wouldnt hesitate returning to them for another vehicle. Impressive, thats all i can say!! Tony

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received when recently purchasing my Focus ST. I travelled from Somerset to purchase/collect the car and on arrival found the salesman to be incredibly helpful and professional. On returning home, having had the car for a couple of weeks, I experienced a problem with a sensor on the car and on speaking to Craig, he quickly arranged for a garage local to me to rectify the problem which was all covered under warranty. I could not have asked for more. I'm glad I made the journey to purchase my car and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Sold us a car (wouldn't negotiate on price so we payed full price) on the way home lights came on on the dashboard, after taking it straight to a garage to see what was wrong we found it had several faults with the engine, an oil leak, bald tyres and wheels weren't balanced. We phoned John who told us to bring back the car and he would repair it, 60 miles driven to return the car. The car was returned a second time with the same tyres and still leaking oil, it went back again. A THIRD time this car came back to us (excited to have my birthday present back in time, finally!) It was dropped off and we got in and drove it round the block, the engine warning light on and the turbo wasn't working at all! Absolutely devastated and having given the garage THREE chances to fix the car AND offering to fix it ourselves and send them the invoice, they refused (it had been 12 days since we purchased the car and I had yet to even drive it due to it going backwards and forwards to be fixed. We requested a refund and to return the car to which we were told we were being unreasonable!! Very rude people, your warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on, COMPLETE LIARS!! wouldn't buy a tissue from these untrustworthy men let alone a car!! Absolutely gutted my dream car turned out to be a horrendous experience! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM EBBSFLEET! !

Very happy with our visit today. Found John very friendly and helpful and received a fair part x for our car and also willing to negotiate on price. Drove away in a lovely Mini convertible. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to others.
