Adam and Gary at Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars are very professional,absolutely nothing was too much trouble.The collection from the train station spoke volumes and the coffee on arrival was most welcome.Good firm handshake from both men and asked how my journey was.The car had a dust cover on it which i thought was spot on,the deal was done very quickly and i was on my way.i didnt test drive the car cos whatever happened i was having the car and that was it,every form of transport i used that day was always singles cos i was returning in the car. I purchased a vehicle recently from this dealership which had good reviews online. Therefore, I expected them to live up to their reputation but instead I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth. I went for an initial viewing and all seemed OK. I was told it had just had a new clutch and I was free to view the paperwork. I put down a holding deposit and came back a week later to consider completing the sale. Only after completing the sale did they tell me that the vehicle only had one key. Secondly, upon returning home, there was no paperwork for the clutch. After calling them, it turned out they didn't have the clutch paperwork and that it would in fact be sent to me, In respect of the key, the matter was simply dismissed and I was told that it was standard practice that vehicles are sold with one key and that is wasn't a big deal. This may be the case but only if this has been disclosed and you have the ability to make a choice on the sale based on the facts. After failing to receive the paperwork for the clutch a week later, I decided to email the garage my concerns but also remind them that as per the Consumer Rights Act, I had the right to return the vehicle within 30 days, Instead of replying to my email directly, they decided to forward the matter to their legal firm who sent me a rude email attaching the invoice but also insisting that the garage have done nothing wrong and will not be taking the vehicle back. My email was not rude and I would have been happy with an apology but I was obviously expecting too much. People, do your research and ask questions as this garage will not disclose vital pieces of information to you unless you do so

I brought a Range Rover L322 Vogue from Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars, and now Im very happy with it. There was a few isssues with the car when I first brought the car that you can get with Range Rovers which showed up a little bit sooner than i would have expected. But Adam at Ebbsfleet soon got them sorted and even left me with a courtesy car for a week as I work away, even after my bad attitude and the the fact it was a trade in car I'd brought. If I was to have any reservations I would say the valeter was having a couple of bad weeks as the car wasn't as clean as i's hoped it would have been when I collected it both times, 2nd time being that out of courtesy they had cleaned the car and left more polish on it than they had polished off it. but having dealt with Adam and seen the way the cars are presented in the showroom I'd certainly consider going back when the L322 is up for replacement

Purchased a BMW convertible last October from Craig. Unfortunately, the car had a number of electrical faults which have now been rectified.
