First the guys ,gary and john both knowledgeable and easy too talk too.Next inspecting the car,allowed too put on ramp,given an inspection lamp and left alone until i was satisfied.The test drive,nice and unhurried which allowed me too get a "feel" for the car.Minor faults rectified with no quibble,the car i bought was a good car and im very happy with my purchase.In my opinion a nice easy going garage and i have no hesitation recommending Ebdons of Cheltenham.

I wanted to buy a car from Ebdons of Cheltenham and had the funds available. However there were problems that came to light on the test drive and I was promised that they would be rectified and the car would be soon available. The contact with me was then shortly stopped and the car was back on the forecourt for sale.
Compared to other dealerships I've experienced in the past I would say Ebdons of Cheltenham were one of the better ones, when the car developed an oil leak they were very good at taking on the repairs at no cost to myself and fixing the problem quickly. I would have no problems recommending them.

I would most definitely recommend Ebdons of Cheltenham, This is the dealership I will be using throughout my time of buying anyt cars in Cheltenham. I highly recommend them as you can tell for my giving 5 for every aspect of their service and the car I bought.
