I bought a Audi A3 and when I got there I wasn’t disappointed, I was unsure about the car and seeing the reviews and speaking to kat on a couple off occasions really turned my head, they went above and beyond for me and even went to the post office to tax it as I couldn’t online. It was a great experience hopefully be back when I’m looking for an upgrade!

I bought a Q7 from Ebony & Ivory beginning of June, after looking around at other garages I decided to go and view the car with them before buying another I had looked at, especially as Ebony & Ivory contacted us back on my car to part ex. From start to finish they have been a fantastic garage to deal with. They have been friendly, helpful and made something that generally turns out to be stressful pretty straight forward but amusing too. Really canny people to get along with, the owner is a great bloke who has been great to deal with! Being a part ex they took in, it had a few things that needed fixing before I got it. Told to list them up and then they would be fixed. As promised these were done. Even the alloys were sprayed after the previous owner had curbed them. With the car, I bought the extra warranty, best decision in my opinion too and if there is anything wrong with it, Ebony and Ivory sort it for you without problems, although they probably die a bit inside every time they see my car come back in (sorry! haha) . I had to have an issue with my DPF sorted out and also the suspension compressor (none of it the garages fault) hopefully all sorted now but I know that even if not they will help. As ex pat Geordies we don't always know decent places to go and it's a learning process for local garages too. But we will be returning to Ebony and Ivory for any car work/services etc now and would defo buy another car from them. Very impressed! Cheers!

First class service from start to finish. I bought a 7 year old Audi A5 in pristine condition, it looks and drives like brand new. Ben was great, never pressured me, totally transparent with everything and a pleasure to do business with! If you are looking for Quality service and someone you can trust... Call these guys.
Bought an audi a1 black edition from ebony & ivory motors.it has been a never ending money pit needing fixing after fixing.spent thousands.finally the gearbox went.do not under any circumstance buy a car from this garage !

Great friendly staff at Ebony & Ivory Motors, never a problem to big or small. got some great deals on great quality cars. always willing to help you out where and when they can.
Bought a4 from Ebony & Ivory Motors and it was my worst experience I had in my life. Lots of problems with car but dealer not interested. Car should have service but that was pure lie and what's more I had rear callipers seized after three weeks of purchase not to mention that under tray came off at 70mph on motorway. I'm lucky I did not crash. Dealer admitted that he don't know why that happen but when I left him bad review on Google he blamed me going over obstacles... Pure bull. My advice to you guys is : go elsewhere or lose money like I lost in extra repairs...
Bought an Audi A4 from Ebony & Ivory Motors and asked them to fit a new timing belt kit to it, they did this without any fuss at all. Lovely car.
