I have just recently bought a car here . I’m an older guy and have bought many cars from many dealers in the past. I can honestly say I have never come across a car dealership so friendly, helpful and kept me informed every step of the way . They also gave me a fair price for my part exchange and also did a few extra jobs to the car I bought which I pointed out . ECC were very helpful from start to finish, we easily arranged to view the car at a time that was convenient for us, and were greeted by a friendly yet professional salesman. No pushy hard sell but was there when we needed questions answered.
Bought our daughter her first car, a little fiat 500. The service from this dealership was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had a bad experience from another dealer a matter of weeks before, so naturally was sceptical buying from another dealer. How wrong I was, the car was presented in lovely clean condition, we where given plenty of time to view the car with out any pressure or stress. The whole buying process was so easy, my daughter drove away in her new car within an hour. If you are looking for a car, go and see these guys I can not thank them enough.
