I purchased a Skoda superb on the 11th of July 2023 from Eclipse Automotive Ltd. I paid £17,250 by bank transfer direct into their account. The vehicle was to be used for my family including my children. Soon after purchasing the vehicle I found out the vehicle had been involved in an accident and was badly damaged. Not only was it badly damaged, the following day after the purchase, the clutch and master cylinder had packed in. I had to get the vehicle recovered to my local garage to have this fixed. Eclipse Automotive ltd promised to pay for the full repair. Despite chasing them for the payment, they just continued to fob me off and never paid. The vehicle was in the salvage yard in 2018. I contacted the owner of Eclipse automotive Ltd and advised him of the same and requested a full refund as the owner sold me the car deceptively. It was sold as a genuine vehicle car, when in fact it was recovered from a salvage yard with almost all the panels being excessively damaged. I drove the vehicle back to Eclipse automotive Ltd within a week of purchasing it and requested a refund. The owner refused to take the car back and told me he would come to some sort of an agreement within a few days. Days, weeks and months past and he just kept making promises to deal with the matter. Eventually he blocked my calls and stopped answering them all together. I had no alternative, but to sell the vehicle at a great loss. I suffered a loss of £3243, in addition to the stress and anxiety I suffered. Despite chasing the company for months, I have yet to receive any money back for my losses, and it has now been six months since the purchase of the vehicle. I would never deal with Eclipse Automotive Ltd again, as it’s okay for them to do the sale to meet their targets and when it comes to dealing with an issue, they simply are not interested. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle do not trust Eclipse Automotive Ltd as you will be scammed and sold a dodgy car. You would rather buy from a more reputable company.

Bought a range rover discovery sport 4 months ago managment system light came on they said I had to pay £75 to put it on the diagnostic system how does that work? Said they would replace the rear view camera that never happened, they rake your money and thats it rubbish after sales.
