Do not buy from David, aka Ali al Reza, from Phantom Car Sales; it appears to be a criminal network! While we were waiting for David to arrive to show us the car, a local man approached us to say "don't buy from this man, the cars break after 2 months." Regretfully, we didn't take the advice of this person, as the specs of the car looked good and we needed a car asap. On the way home from the garage, a couple of lights came up on the dashboard. A few days later there was a horrible grating sound. We got the car checked, we paid for steering track rod ends, but the problem was still there, so we got new brake discs, pads and calipers. The headlights had to be replaced at great expense, and now the sensors need replacing too for £500! The worst thing of all is that as I want to trade in the car, I have been informed that it is a category D write off from 2015, which David didn't tell me at the time. Also that although it was first registered in 2007 with it's current number plate, it was actually imported from Thailand in 2005! I have been advised by a car dealership to take this to a small claims court! Can I join other disgruntled customers in pursuing this?

I purchased a secondhand LHD Kia, with the proviso it passed its MOT. I was provided a MOT the next day, and took the vehicle for its health and safety check at a Kia dealership, which said the car was not roadworthy and a danger to drive, and that there was absolutely no way it could have passed an MOT. "No refund or exchange mate" was the answer I got from David at Eco Cars....so I am now embarking on the long and tortuous road of reporting the MOT station and the dealership through the DVSA, police and small claims court! Don't go near them.....unethical and unprofessional....theft with collusion, in my view! Underscores the importance of RAC/AA inspections for secondhand cars before purchase - which was my bad!

Cars engine light came on shortly after buying and i said id get in touch to follow up on the warranty. Its been months and i have not had any luck getting them to talk over the phone. I then get the export certificate and find the car was salvaged. I asked them was it ever in an accident and they said 'no' it was in very good condition. STAY AWAY. Also sell under PERIVALE MOTORS and PHANTOM CAR SALES

Bought a car from Eco Cars London which was claimed to be in perfect condition, an hour after I left the garage it started acting up. Later in the week I found out it was a head gasket problem which would not be fixed by the dealer's 3 month warranty. Kept getting back to them saying I wanted my money back I got blocked. They are thieves, do not buy from them and if you end up buying buy on credit card so you can retrieve the money in circumstances such as this. Wish I read all these reviews before I got the car and they keep changing their names. Which i could rate them no stars.
I bought a car from this dealer used to called ECO CAR and now it's trading name is DNA MOTORS .unfortunately the power steering stop working, the second day and then I spotted the headlight mount was broken and the lights were just literally dashed in there and I rang up the dealer and wasn't helping claiming the car was fine when you left from here and I should contact the warranty department . When I finally got hold of them after three days they told me there is so no such warranty cover been taken out on the car . It's cost me nearly a grand .. Aweful experience 0 rating . AVOID DNA MOTORS AVOID !
Stay Away! Car has not been serviced and needed various repairs within a few weeks, and the warranty they sold me is no good - they never actually activated the warranty and refuse to take responsibility. They even blocked my phone number. Criminal and Civil charges filed.
I boght a car from them a year ago and its still running like a watch. It had a long mot but the fella working there offered me a new mot and a service FREE OF CHARGE and gave me a very fair deal on my px, since just mot'd it and passed with no advisories. Good customer service and friendly people Thanks Dave!
Unfortunately my experience has not been good. I bought a car and some extended warranty from them, soon I realised there were some problems with the car and have been trying to contact them to find a solution to the problems and to know how to contact the extended warranty provider. They have not returned my emails or messages and when they answered the phone, they hung up in my face. The dealer is nearly 2h from where I leave, so is not something I could just pop in.
