Purchased a vehicle 4 weeks ago. Drove it home and the engine management light came on. Havent had the vehicle back since. Now having to take legal action and motor ombudsmen have been involved.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra Sri 150 dn16bvb broke down on the first day 3 months later and no updates or phone calls Paula and Chris was sacked because of the lies Jon Paul never got sacked and he was the biggest lier of all said car couldn’t be fixed and a month later it’s for sale £1000 more than I paid avoid all the lies stay away

I brought a car from them Thursday night and they was absolutely amazing I delt with garry Russell and I would use them again in the future they made sure my car was ready on time and looked after me I could not of asked for better service highly recommended many thanks

Buying a car from Eddie Wrights was a pleasure. The staff were very polite and left us to wander around all the cars on display without any interruptions.
When we did find a car we desired, Gary sorted out a test drive and after that the buying process was a breeze.

Saw a car on the website sent a email about it and was contacted quick and invited to come view, sales men are nice and friendly only issue I had when I viewed the car I mentioned some things that needed fixing or touching up on on collection these things wasn't done or if they had it was half completed. Took the car back twice currently waiting for 3rd return to repair which has been waiting for 4 weeks to arrange. Also had previous owners details/paper work left in glove box which was returned back to eddie rights.

Right from the moment I enquired, to the moment I drove away in my new car, they were transparent and informative. There wasn't any pushy sales tactics used, it was all about the customer service. It helped me feel at ease with my decision to exchange cars with Eddie Wright as customer service and transparency is important when finding a new car. Everything was prepared for me upon arrival to see the new car, and they even gave me a recommended route to take the car for a test drive. The gentleman gave me the time I needed to go over the paperwork and discussed with me any changes from my first enquiry. Once we come to an agreement, he ensured that my old vehicle had been deregistered to myself, printed out proof of this and proof my new vehicle is taxed so if in my journey home I was stopped by the Police I had the information and proof of tax and ownership.
5 star service, 5 star used car.

Went to have a look for a car something I hate doing because of pushy salesmen but we say Ashley who was very helpful put me at ease not pushy at all and saw him from start to finish very friendly helpful nothing to much trouble thank you Ashley

I was greeted then left alone to look through all the cars, without the hassle of pushy salesmen. I was allowed access to the "un-preppe" cars out back which made me feel more welcoming. Great service and would highly recommend this place.

I deliver for Amazon Flex. Recent fuel costs made me want to return back to an EV. I noticed Eddie Wright had the perfect car. I phoned up. Salesman Luke - brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. FaceTimed the viewing as I live 250 miles away. Was great car and condition. I travelled up in my diesel car. Everything he had promised had happened. Absolutely no complaints. I paid on credit and debit cards. Not an issue. My part ex was given a great price compared to WBAC. Paperwork did take time to print. And although the car was supposed to be charged up to 100% it wasn’t ( due to the power going off overnight ) which did muck up my planned charges for my 250 mile route home. But it dropped me into ‘challenge mode’ and was all good in the end - HOWEVER the cars immaculate. And has performed perfectly and I know it will.
Down south car supermarkets tend to have a bad reputation for not caring. Eddie Wright Car Supermarket and Luke both proved this to be very wrong. Maybe it’s just better up north ! Lol.
A great car. Very impressive car supermarket. And clear and easy to get along with Luke. I would definately not be put off by the distance to buy my next car from them again.
