Luke dealt with the purchase in a professional and efficient way. He was friendly but not pushy. Which we appreciated. The PX could have been a bit more generous. The main issue we had was regarding collection. The service department let down the company, We were twice given dates to collect and at the last minute they were cancelled, siting 'parts delay'. The vehicle has a 'clean' MOT and was clean and tidy on pickup. A big PLUS ! However, we were compensated nicely for our frustration. :) Thank you

Okay but not very good communication. And still waiting for problems with the car to be solved, only little issues but still not resolved and feels like issues just get passed from people to people. The car sales man was good though before we bought the car which is a shame.

Good service; negotiated the deal mostly on the phone and the car that I purchased was well presented and exactly as described. It was fully serviced and MOT’d, with three month RAC cover. I am very satisfied with the Jaguar, which was extremely competitively priced and under average mileage. I was allowed to test drive it before purchase and given a good part ex on my own vehicle. A slight improvement in response to enquiries and it would be perfect.

They were very helpful from start to finish, we had Gary helping us, we went to test drive three cars and he brought them all out one after the other, we went away to think about it and then gave him a rang and sorted the purchase out, nice and easy. Really helpful and friendly. The most straightforward purchase ever.

Dave Burdett was helpful throughout. Liked the car we looked at but wasn’t happy about a noise it made, was able to test drive it a few times. Dave said they would get it fixed and could test drive it again before buying it. Noise was still there, technician went out in it with hubby and sussed the noise. New part fitted and touch wood it’s not come back…yet. Little disappointed that some scratches have become visible again, not sure what they used to cover them when we picked it up. Dave was great to deal with through out.

David Burdett Sales was very helpful pleasure speaking to him. Fell in love with the car straight away. A few things I spotted out to him only minor things . Brilliant job on bumper except not screwing the nut up that holds the Crome exhaust port in could have lost that on journey back home. But whoever touched up stone chips on bonnet my three year old nice could have done a better job looks like I’ll be getting it resprayed. As for the mark on carpet got home got in back to check it out rubbed my finger over it and smudged wet glue and carpet fibre’s all over place. Little disappointed. Hopefully no more problems 🙏🏻
