The team at Eddie Wight handle my initial call superbly well (Thanks Gary), was followed up by excellent customer service (Thanks Gary & Adam) and the hand over was professional and diligent (Thanks Liam). I have bought 5 cars over the last few years, and some from main dealers, but I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending The EW team. Don't take my word for it, the previous owner of the vehicle I bought had originally bought the car from EW's team!

I have just bought my second car from Eddie Wrights. Mark, my salesman, was very helpful and we got a deal I was happy with, even though I ended up buying a different car from the one I went into test drive. There was a problem with the finance, not Eddie Wright's fault, and we had to hang around for a couple of hours longer than we should have but Eddie Wright have offered to service & MOT the car FOC next year due to the inconvenience, thank you. Will certainly use them again.

I have had the car from Eddie Wright Car Supermarket since 31.07.2018, it has broken down 3 times now, they forgot to tax my car so was driving round for 2 weeks without tax, I have phoned numerous times to try to sort, not once has anyone rang me back so i have now gone to trading standards to reject car in full and lodged a formal complaint with the finance company as i tried doing a formal complaint with eddie wrights but again, suprise suprise no response. please don't say to ring you as i have done this numerous times to be told everyone is on the phone and someone will call me back, that has not happened once. absolutely awful customer service once the car is out their doors!

The process of buying the car from Eddie Wright Car Supermarket was simple and straight forward and the salesman did all he could to get me the right car for the price I wanted to pay. On collection he honestly told me that they had lost the SD card for the sat nav and a replacement had been ordered. The replacement (from eBay) was passed to me a week later but did not work. After numerous messages being left both by phone and online I finally managed to speak to someone and arrange for the sat nav to be looked at. A working SD card was supplied but I will need to update these maps as they are a few years out of date. This will cost me money and I also had to make 2 trips back to the garage to sort this situation out. Sales were taken care off well but the after care service really let the process down and took the shine off my new car experience.

Bought a car from Eddie Wright, I wanted a few minor repairs done, none were, stitching repair on seat was poor. A tyre is so near its limit it should have been done at MOT but not even an advisory. I e mailed for someone to contact me and no body did. Even the rear number plate had not been lined up correctly and was flapping onto the body when I shut the boot, so I took five minutes to correct it.... My advice is go elsewhere.The salesman lost interest when I declined gap insurance etc. I won't take it back as if they can't put a number plate on then I fear getting anything else done.
