I wanted a few things doing on my new car that they didn't do. A simple stone chip on bonnet that a wanted sorting properly not just touching up. When I picked the car up it was just touched up. Account depo are useless too saying one thing whilst sales say another. And no reply from management when trying to call all day.

Not the first time I have dealt with Eddie wrights had a good experience the last time and just as good the second time got what we wanted at great price and will be going back .

I had dealt with Eddie Wrights 5 years ago was very satisfied and recommended them to my Cousin who bought two cars from them. Very sadly on this occasion although very happy with the car I was sold 2 products by the saleslady a Guardex and Gap insurance I insisted I didnt need and didnt need.She just pushed the paper in front of me--sign !! Salesman Gary did all he could to put it right. He even put me £20 worth of petrol in out of his own money because because I had been "messed about" There were certain complications about this sale such as the private plates I had on the car I traded in. A man of 73 doesnt have the money others may have.

We had great hopes for Eddie Wright, which is well reviewed on the net. In the event our experiences were disappointing. We know that it has 'supermarket' in the title but i suppose we hoped the service would be more Sainsbury than Asda, We had no idea there would be any waiting around involved (until a text received en route from 150 miles away) because endless personal details had already been collected on the phone. For some reason it took nearly four hours for the finance and other administration to be completed. We had overheating pets in the back of our other car, so this was not good. Nobody offered to show us how the car worked, so the first few miles of our subsequent drive were interesting. We were asked to re-sign paperwork twice, for reasons that were unclear. We were eventually given a file of papers that nobody explained, and we are still trying to fathom out the arrangements for the warranty and service package. If it really needed four hours of mostly standing in the car park, could the time not have been used to explain the car and the paperwork? We are sure that the staff are nice people, but they perhaps need to see this sort of experience through the eyes of the visitor. To be fair, they did give us a bottle of wine for compensation.

I recently bought a car from Eddie Wrights Supermarket and was mainly satisfied. Certainly the salesman was very courteous and friendly. I had two issues. Firstly there were some discrepancies between the description of the vehicle in the ad and the reality. The car had a full service history but not a full Volvo dealership history. Personally I wasn't too worried by that but what's the point in making the claim? Also the car did not have the 4-C Chassis control - available on some models but not on this one - contrary to the details in the advert. Again, this was not a deal breaker but why make the claim on something it's pretty easy to discover isn't true? Secondly, I bought the car on a Thursday afternoon and was advised that I could pick it up at 9am the following Monday. I was quite surprised by this - it seemed very soon and I really didn't mind waiting a few days longer. On Monday morning I received a call to say it would be 12.30pm and then - around about 11.30am - I was advised it would be toward the end of the working day. Fortunately I had made no plans for that day, but it would have been difficult if I had.

Bought a car nearly 3 months ago salesman great after sales a nightmare. Long story short air con not working after taking the car on 2 occasions and sitting for 2 hours both times they decided to book it in, I was reassured they would provide me with a car with air con I was actually provided with a car with no air con no bluetooth nothing they have had it since last Tuesday I've been promised since last Wednesday I would have my car back was told twice today would have it back call at 430 can't get it to me travelling around in this heat with 3 kids has been awful no option I have a sick relative which they know about I'm very stressed again the most dreadful customer service ever!! When will I get my car back?????

We bought our car on Saturday and it didn’t even make it home without the power steering and then all electrical going. It’s now Monday and they have collected the car and said they would call me to let me know the outcome. I’m still waiting. We also asked for GuardX and this definitely hasn’t been applied to the inside of the car as we’ve checked. You don’t expect to buy a car for £11000 and have these problems. Very disappointed with Eddie Wright Car Supermarket.

Eddie Wright left me 5 weeks without a car 2nd breakdown in 12 weeks. Fortunately Mark Smith is very professional and had to chase up the sales manager but surprisingly he didn't return the call, don't waste your hard earned money they don't deserve custom as once you drive away you become a whinging customer if you have a problem , cant believe the owners have let standards drop so low ive had 4 cars but will never be going back to them again, they don't follow up call back requests but a good tip is to go on the website look at a £19000 Mercedes and request a call back on it they rang me back then in less than a minute, PLEASE BE WARNED WORST AFTERSALES IN UK. Would appreciate if the company did not reply to this making out theyre sorry as that would make them look even more unprofessional.
