Bought a car nearly 3 months ago salesman great after sales a nightmare. Long story short air con not working after taking the car on 2 occasions and sitting for 2 hours both times they decided to book it in, I was reassured they would provide me with a car with air con I was actually provided with a car with no air con no bluetooth nothing they have had it since last Tuesday I've been promised since last Wednesday I would have my car back was told twice today would have it back call at 430 can't get it to me travelling around in this heat with 3 kids has been awful no option I have a sick relative which they know about I'm very stressed again the most dreadful customer service ever!! When will I get my car back?????

We bought our car on Saturday and it didn’t even make it home without the power steering and then all electrical going. It’s now Monday and they have collected the car and said they would call me to let me know the outcome. I’m still waiting. We also asked for GuardX and this definitely hasn’t been applied to the inside of the car as we’ve checked. You don’t expect to buy a car for £11000 and have these problems. Very disappointed with Eddie Wright Car Supermarket.

Good supply of cars to look at found the one we were after straight away. No pushy sales people but friendly and helpful when we needed one, went out of their way to please. Really pleased and satisfied with our car from Eddie Wrights Car Supermarket.

Eddie Wright left me 5 weeks without a car 2nd breakdown in 12 weeks. Fortunately Mark Smith is very professional and had to chase up the sales manager but surprisingly he didn't return the call, don't waste your hard earned money they don't deserve custom as once you drive away you become a whinging customer if you have a problem , cant believe the owners have let standards drop so low ive had 4 cars but will never be going back to them again, they don't follow up call back requests but a good tip is to go on the website look at a £19000 Mercedes and request a call back on it they rang me back then in less than a minute, PLEASE BE WARNED WORST AFTERSALES IN UK. Would appreciate if the company did not reply to this making out theyre sorry as that would make them look even more unprofessional.

The whole experience of buying my new car was brilliant Graham could not have been more helpfull I'v bought many cars during my years of driving but the standard of service from other companies fall short of the service you give thank you all.

While I was buying my new car they could not do enough. But as soon as the sale was done that was it a paint problem was dealt with with very little interest and a lot of fobbing off. And finally after the work was done the car was returned in a disgusting state and when phoned was not interested.

I rang to enquire about a car I had seen online while my partner was away and asked if I put a holding deposit on the car (so my partner could see it too), would this be fully refundable. I was assured by Gary that it would be. Based on this, I paid £200 and gave the details of my car which I was intending to trade in. I rang to ask a question about the spec and spoke to Steve, and was questioned as to whether I wanted to put 6 or 12 months road tax on it! I made him aware that I had not agreed to buy the car, I had not entered into a contract and intended only to view the car and test drive it. Steve seemed to think it was a done deal even though they had not even seen my car which I was intending to part exchange! After doing some research on the car's spec online I decided not to proceed as it didn't meet the standards I was looking for. I informed the dealership of this, I spoke to Mark and requested a refund of the holding deposit as promised which I was told would be credited back to my bank. Three days later when nothing was forthcoming I phoned again and was told it would be sorted. Four days after that I called again and was told the same thing. Then again the following day... And the following day again. By this time my partner had had enough so he rang them and was told that because they had prepped the car for me and I didn't buy it, I was not entitled to a refund of my fully refundable deposit after all. The law clearly states: 'If you are buying at a distance or off-premises, then you are entitled to your full deposit back, regardless of your reasons or any money the dealer has spent.' I am involving Trading Standards in this case as Eddie Wright is refusing to return what is rightfully mine - and that is nothing more than COMMON THEFT!! Please please avoid this dealership at all costs, because cost you it will!!!

Having looked at your case, you placed your deposit a number of days before viewing the car and then cancelled your appointment just before it was scheduled to begin. As you hadn't seen the car and we'd taken it off sale for a number of days, this was treated as a sold deal, and thus the deposit was retained. After speaking with the managers, we would be happy to transfer the deposit onto another vehicle, should you wish to purchase one. I am very concerned about this as I have just paid a deposit to hold a car so I can test drive it in a few days? I hope I will be fully refunded my deposit if I decide not to go ahead and purchase the vehicle?
AVOID!! 4th and last car we’ve bought from Eddie Wrights. Good service until you’ve parted with your money. Hugely disappointing experience - sold an £18000 faulty car in substandard condition with missing parts, misled regarding warranty, been quoted over £1000 for repairs only a week after faults have supposedly been repaired by Eddie Wrights. Communication from service team is non-existent. Customer service is poor and not a single email response despite emails being sent direct to manager. Avoid at all costs. Strange how there is no option to leave review on their website or Facebook!!
