Dealt with Luke for my new Peugeot. Great service and was well looked after by him. All he said would happen, did, so great. One thing though I really don’t like the pink and purple trim on the reg plates. They are going deffo, in fact one of the first things people remarked about it since I bought it (sorry we just don’t like them). Also prior to the viewing I wasn’t told I had to pay a £199 OTR fee. Not a deal breaker but didn’t like the surprise.

Found Eddie Wright dealership to be very friendly place. Sherrick who I purchased the car off was very polite and efficient at his work really made it very easy to buy a car. When I picked the car up it was just like a brand new car not a bit of dust on you wouldn’t think it was three years old. Very efficient garage made you feel like a person not a number thanks again.

Found the car I was looking for, did the deal with Kev who at times was a bit patronising & seemed keen to get the commission. I fear that Clive, who was new & learning the ropes, will not have had any part of the commission and to be honest he was fantastic. The advertised full tank of petrol was no existent but I didn't realise this until after leaving so had to spend £60 to fill up.. The car had been thoroughly cleaned however there are areas on the windscreen which have been missed. The car is great & I love driving it but then I'd done my research & knew what I was looking for. I hope Clive gets some reward for the customer service he provided to me which was brilliant.

I bought my first car with Eddie Wright via the online service. It felt reliable and all dealers were generally professional. Offered an MOT prior to me driving the car away. But I am a slightly disappointed at the knowledge of the agent on the car and it’s history!
Selected a car, and talked to a sales advisor, and the deal was done. Was supposed to deliver on Monday, however, the car was not ready. Went to the next day and waited for the car again as they were doing polishing, so waited again. Anyhow, I understand, it can happen. However, my sales advisor was on leave so dealt with another advisor and asked about the promotion that was mentioned around the office and the promotion was " on purchasing a car, the whole tank of fuel will be free". First, the advisor was not aware of this promotion that was displayed everywhere. And then said, I did not know about the promotion ( that is fine too, b/c could be on leave), however, informed me that I am not eligible b/c the previous sales advisor gave some discount (that was voluntarily from him and was kind of him). But as you have it so you are not eligible, it's so absurd that as you do not know the promotion but how do you know the clause of promotion and that was not even mentioned on the promotion banner. Anyhow, I did not have time at that time so I said whatever, just finish the deal and save some pounds. I and you will not be rich after saving a few quids. However, that gave me a sense of manipulation that I feel is not good, should be straightforward. Anyhow, just bought the car a day ago, so do not comment on the car. But overall, a fine experience.
