When I went to get the Kia from Eddie Wright it was spotless, so so clean. Everyone there was really helpful too! I have had a couple of issue with the car, they are mid way through getting it sorted, so as long as they get everything sorted for me I will be happy! I would recommend.

I was looking for a Vauxhall on AutoTrader, when I found the car I wanted at Eddie Wright. The car was immaculate, really is a lovely car. The service there was great, really helpful! There was one slight issue with the car but its booked in for a service in November so It should get sorted then. I would recommend them!

Everything has been spot on with the Vauxhall I bought from Eddie Wright. The car was clean and good value. I've already recommended this dealership and would recommend it to anyone for giving an issue free experience!

I bought a Ford from Eddie Wright and the car is doing well, its in good condition and I've not had any issues with it. There was a few issues at the dealership with a long wait but overall was good.

I have dealt with many car dealers before but never anyone as unprofessional as Eddie Wright. I travelled from Birmingham to view a Lexus which I liked however there was an issue with the brakes making a noise. I was promised by Dave that they will do an MOT on the vehicle and the noise would not be there anymore and the only reason it was there was because the car had not been driven. I wasn't too happy about this as I had to return from Birmingham again the following week. However, as I liked the car I paid a £200 deposit. I returned the following week and did another test drive. The same noise was still there with the brakes, a horrible screeching noise. I advised Paul who was dealing with me that I was not happy and he denied that the brakes were even making a noise! The car had also been driven nearly 200 miles since I initially viewed it which he also denied despite me having photographic evidence of this and paperwork. I decided against buying the vehicle and was livid as I had to make 2 long journeys and the sales people did not have a care in the world. Their attitude was 'if you don't want it that's fine, you don't have to have it' which I found very egoistic and unprofessional. At this stage we agreed to cancel the deal and I asked for me £200 deposit back. Paul seemed like he did not have authority to make any decision so ran around for about half an hour speaking to what seemed like a dozen people. He returned with a chap called Michael who said they will return my deposit but cannot do it there and then as I paid by cash and they don't have any cash on a Saturday. WOW! Over 700 cars, running for 70 years somehow but no cash. I actually started to find this quite amusing. I asked if they could write me a cheque and was told because I paid by cash the only way they can return the deposit is to send me cash in an envelope through the post on Monday which I will receive by Tuesday. I had no option but to leave without my deposit. Things got worse. I waited until Friday but no deposit received. I called and spoke to Mark who denied telling me that they would send it out on Monday and said he would get it sent out today without doubt and I will receive by Monday at the latest. Once again I did not receive my deposit and had to make 4 calls chasing this up. On one of the calls I coincidentally got through to Mark again who said he had no knowledge of this until I reminded him he is the one who promised me 10 days ago that he was getting it sent out. Mark stated to blame the admin team before making more promises. He took no responsibility, there was zero empathy displayed and he simply did not care. The service over the phone was as bad as the service face to face. I eventually received my deposit 3 weeks after I was told I would receive it - No apology, nothing! The funniest thing was they actually sent me a cheque rather than cash which they said they could not do when I was there!! If you are looking to buy a car, stay away from Eddie Wright - I have purchased many cars but have never in 30 years come across dealers so unprofessional and salesmen who simply could not care less, Mark being a prime example!

The dealers at Eddie Wright were quite helpful and knowledgeable when It came to the sale of the vehicle. I bought a BMW In January and It was clean and in very good condition when I received it. I am having a reoccurring issue and I have been in touch with the dealership about it but they just said it should be covered under warranty and to take it to a garage. Overall it's been quite good and I would recommend this dealership.

Went to Eddie Wright to look and enquire about a car ...pounced on by a salesman ....we saw a car ..made a offer ...spoke to michael the " manager " whose attitude stank, he was very rude, told us offer was too low, which was fair enough and he very rudely told us to go away and open our own dealership!
