Can't thank Sherrick enough for my buying experience..
Normally I buy private but this has totally changed my perspective.
Great looking Land Rover, good price and all advisories cleared and now have warranty.
I turned up in work clothes, honestly looking like a tramp, but Sherrick still gave 110% attention and deal was struck from there.
Everything from test drive to signing papers a few days later was seamless and even putting on tax there n then from pick up was a blessing.
Great buying experience and highly recommend Wrights, especially with my experience from Sherrick..

I bought my car for 20k cash over 3 months again. At point of sale we noticed faults with central locking window switches and a couple of other bits. I was assured at point of sale that all these parts were on order and I would be contacted to come back to have them fixed.
Over 3 months later with not corespondents from Eddie Wright, I want back into the showroom to be told most of the parts have been ordered. At the point of sale the guys couldn’t have done more for me but now I’m not even being listened to!
I strongly would not recommend buying here as they are only interested in taking money and not following through with Their customer service.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra Sri 150 dn16bvb broke down on the first day 3 months later no calls or up date just lies they sacked Paula and Chris and not fixing the car but a month later it is back for sale for £1000 more than I paid 4 months ago they said it was unfix able

I purchase a car with sun damaged paint. At first I wasn't that concerned as I thought it could get fixed by a car detailer. It can't, as the paint is beyond rescuing and needs a full respray. Surely Eddie Wrights would have been aware of this when it went through the service department before they put it up for sale. On calling, they are not interested in the issue and are saying from a car body point of view it is 'sold as seen'. Maybe I am naive, but feel like I have had my fingers burnt.
