Right from the moment I enquired, to the moment I drove away in my new car, they were transparent and informative. There wasn't any pushy sales tactics used, it was all about the customer service. It helped me feel at ease with my decision to exchange cars with Eddie Wright as customer service and transparency is important when finding a new car. Everything was prepared for me upon arrival to see the new car, and they even gave me a recommended route to take the car for a test drive. The gentleman gave me the time I needed to go over the paperwork and discussed with me any changes from my first enquiry. Once we come to an agreement, he ensured that my old vehicle had been deregistered to myself, printed out proof of this and proof my new vehicle is taxed so if in my journey home I was stopped by the Police I had the information and proof of tax and ownership. 5 star service, 5 star used car.

Went to have a look for a car something I hate doing because of pushy salesmen but we say Ashley who was very helpful put me at ease not pushy at all and saw him from start to finish very friendly helpful nothing to much trouble thank you Ashley

I was greeted then left alone to look through all the cars, without the hassle of pushy salesmen. I was allowed access to the "un-preppe" cars out back which made me feel more welcoming. Great service and would highly recommend this place.

I deliver for Amazon Flex. Recent fuel costs made me want to return back to an EV. I noticed Eddie Wright had the perfect car. I phoned up. Salesman Luke - brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. FaceTimed the viewing as I live 250 miles away. Was great car and condition. I travelled up in my diesel car. Everything he had promised had happened. Absolutely no complaints. I paid on credit and debit cards. Not an issue. My part ex was given a great price compared to WBAC. Paperwork did take time to print. And although the car was supposed to be charged up to 100% it wasn’t ( due to the power going off overnight ) which did muck up my planned charges for my 250 mile route home. But it dropped me into ‘challenge mode’ and was all good in the end - HOWEVER the cars immaculate. And has performed perfectly and I know it will. Down south car supermarkets tend to have a bad reputation for not caring. Eddie Wright Car Supermarket and Luke both proved this to be very wrong. Maybe it’s just better up north ! Lol. A great car. Very impressive car supermarket. And clear and easy to get along with Luke. I would definately not be put off by the distance to buy my next car from them again. Thank you !

Really pleased with my purchase and happy with the trade in value of my old car. The transaction was made very easy by both Kevin and Jim in my 2 appointments with the car dealership. The purchase was very good value for money when compared with other dealerships and worth my travel from Leicestershire. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

Great service by salesman Luke, hassle free viewed the car I found online no pushy salesman pitch straight to the point test drove and traded older car in within a hour and picked the new one up all done and ready the following weekend half hour picking up and done great service would highly recommend very helpful and would recommend to anyone

Wasn't a pushy car salesman (Ash). Car was tidied up nicely when I collected. Shame I never received second key but my fault for not physically getting Ash to check when asked about it prior to putting deposit down (was told that they would think the car had two keys due to not being old.) Also the one owner was Hertz hire company, again not something I thought to ask (who the owner was). The little things such as an airfreshner for the car and a new battery in the key fob especially as only one key and it showed up on display battery low. Ash was very friendly but I was disappointed as I feel he should have been more forthcoming. Hence my lower rating.

Poor customer service, communication, speed and basic business conduct. The car has been back twice for the same fault and has taken excessive time to repair, almost been with them longer than it has been with me since I bought it!! Zero progress updates available unless you push them and even then the team don’t talk to each other so you receive conflicting updates which forces you to question the work being completed. Failed promises to supply parts when we bought it, lack of knowledge on complaints procedures and returning the car for refund just adds to the building doubt of the team. The car was with them for almost 4wks and was returned without even being valeted….below the standards expected of even a 3* company. I’m still waiting on the receipts for all the work that was done despite being promises they would be sent with the car….. I don’t think I’ll be back to buy another car from them!
