I got dealt by a guy called ash and I couldn’t of picked anyone better to deal with me buying my car he was such a pleasure to talk too. He was very polite and I can’t thank him enough. If anyone wants a car go into Eddie Wright and ask for ash.

Great service from the start. Jim was very helpful and friendly, and took note of the minor issues of the car and got them sorted. Very impressed how clean the car was when I picked it up. Overall very happy and would recommend

Awful garage. Bought a Mercedes E350 couple months back and did a deal based on them replacing a broken rear light and also a broken grill badge. This work was never done and I was told the parts would be forwarded on. This also never happened despite many promises by Dave in sales. He eventually passed me onto John Paul in the parts department whom never followed through with sending the replacement parts. Emails and phone calls were eventually ignored. I will never return nor recommend this garage, once the car is sold they want nothing to do with you. I’ve since had to give up which I suppose makes them win and I’ve had to replace the parts at my expense costing around £300. I went said if they want to send me the funds I will sort but no response. They have plenty of stock and some tidy cars but be very wary here, if anything needs doing, it won’t get done. Useless

Great service. We rang them reserved the car, came to collect, everything was ready for us. Paperwork preprepared. Shiny car waiting. Helped with registering.Such a good service and great car. Great help again from Eddie Wright. This is the second car I’ve bought from them and I was so impressed again. They cleared the advisory’s on the MOT, including new rear breaks and tires for no extra charge. The car was beautiful and clean on collecting. Just undergone a service. Amazing!!
