Helpful staff greeted us on our first visit. Being left to view the cars without being harassed was a big plus although there was always someone there to answer questions.
Our second visit resulted in our decision to purchase and Ashley provided a totally professional service whilst being affable and entertaining.
Communication was excellent and the car was presented beautifully when we came to pick it up.
It’s our second car from Eddie Wrights and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

It's a good job you have the ability to apologise as in our experience you have done this a great deal.
Every time your company has had a chance to redeem itself you have failed and again had to apologise.
Car not ready
Lied to by salesman.
Car service light on no power.
Interior filthy after you had the car for 10 months .
Wrong replacement interior ordered.
Reply phonecalls not made.
Pickup and delivery of car late in the day when should have been first thing.
Sorry but this has not been a good experience and your advertising stickers will be removed from the car as don't want to send anyone else to you.
Thankyou at least at the 24th hour for giving an extra year warranty to TRY and make up for the piss poor service
