If You would like to save yourself a heartache then please don’t trust EddieWright. They are very quick to take your deposit over the phone and take a payment, thats about it.
Reserved a car over a week prior to pick up. Spent over 6h of travelling as I was coming from London. On the day of arrival one disappointment, after another. No information of car service history just a service book slammed on the table in front of you if you’ve liked to see with Eddie Wright stamp which they must put it there without checking actual car. On the test drive I detected that AC is not working (what a basic thing and its shocking that they “didn't” know, any unexperienced driver would notice that) to question why is not working just big surprised eyes and further empty promises. They took the car to garage to “gas” it but that didn't stopped them from proceeding with the deal. After car was bought they brought the news - compressor needs to be changed. Sent me off home promising that compressor will be changed free or charge in the garage near me in London. Guess what? 2 weeks later still waiting.

I bought a VW Passat from Eddie Wright and thanks to Dave Burnnett it was an easy process from start to finish. Only slight grumble was the lack of a second key for the car something a quality dealer like Eddie Wright could easily sort out and differentiate themselves even further from the competition. When you spend £13,000 on a car 2 keys should be easy.
Otherwise it would be 5 star review.

We visited Eddie Wright's as they had a great range of cars on offer and we weren't sure exactly which model we wanted. Garry R was really helpful and patient as we looked at a number of cars before making our final choice. We never felt rushed or under pressure to make a decision and the car was very well presented when we collected it. I'd definitely go back to Eddie Wright's for my next car.
