Ashley, who I dealt with was very prompt and easy to deal with. He made the experience of buying a lovely car great experience. Where I had some reservations, he looked into it and made sure my questions were answered.

We finally took the plunge and decided to buy our first car in eighteen years so we were a little 'rusty'! We were changing our rather large family car for something smaller but still automatic and easy to drive. Gernell was the epitome of patience - he showed us round the car - let me drive it to check that I was comfortable with the driving position - explained in detail all the functions that were so new to us and then left us alone for a few minutes to discuss it between ourselves. We appreciated that there was no feeling of pushiness. When we collected the car it was excellently well prepared and we had a very pleasant and relaxed drive home. Well done Eddie Wright! Your staff do you proud both in Sales and preparation.

The car I was buying was not ready .but they pulled out all the stops for me and got it ready as I had travelled a few hundred miles and made it happen.
