From first contacting Eddie Wrights, their service has been first class.
Initial queries were promptly dealt with and when it came to talking figures, they were both honest and very fair.
My purchase was handled efficiently throughout, especially on the day of change by Luke who had everything ready to complete the deal.
A mention also for those who had prepared the vehicle - they did a first class job.
It is still only the day of purchase (just), but I am delighted with the vehicle and that I went to Eddie Wrights, even though it meant a considerable journey

Shame my phone mesagge to Mark had not been relayed properly to their boss as i had to pay £70 for a crack in my windscreen, the car i was trading in ,not Gary or Marks fault .

We originally went to look at a Lexus but came away with a Megane. The car sold itself due to being well prepared and Luke the salesman being helpful , polite , honest all above all not pushy. If the car turns out to be as good our next purchase we be from Eddie Wrights. Well reccomend.
