I bought a car from Eddie Wright Car Supermarket over Christmas and was told that the 2nd key was still with the previous owner (a church) and it would be chased up, i chased them to be told i had to pay for a 2nd key myself and no one has contacted me since, Next time ill find a reliable firm to deal with

Just bought white 65 Kia Sportage from Eddie Wright Car Supermarket.. We were left alone to browse and look around at our own leisure and when we finally found the two cars we wanted to test drive Albert could not be more helpful. After choosing the right car Mark processed our deal making sure they're deal was better than all others we had had from other dealers. This issue with Eddie Wright Car Supermarket has been ongoing since October regarding their refer a friend promotion. No cheques received in the post after giving in the slip to Ricardo when purchasing the Astra GTC to which he was very rude and came across as quite aggressive with his sales. I have phoned many times to be told that my messages to be passed on as no one was available to speak too and to be told someone would phone me back. Have asked to speak to a manager plenty of times to put in a complaint to be told that they are busy and would phone me back, to which no one has ever phone me back. Only phone call I received was from Ricardo to be told that he would pass the paperwork on to accounts for them to send out cheques on 29th December to which no cheques have been received. Have to spoken to a lady called Stacey on Friday 25th January and for her to say that she would look in to this and would ring me back to which have not received a phone call from her. Have rang twice this week to speak to her to which I get the same response that she is busy & will ring me back to which she hasn’t. This is very disappointing as we have had good customer service from them in the past and have thought of them to be reliable car dealership. Also on their website & on their ‘on hold’ message says that they are rated 10 out of 10 for customer service but the customer service we have received has been extremely poor and not what I would assume to be 10 out of 10.

Was highly recommended to purchase a car from Eddie Wrights from friends and even though we are not local worked on local knowledge. 2 weeks after picking up the car, it was in the garage with major work being carried out. Two weeks after that it was back again due to further engine faults, a further 3 weeks after that it is now not working at all, and back at the garage with Eddie Wrights unwilling to help as the car is out of their warranty. In effect I have lost 2.5 weeks of the car since I purchased it from them due to it being off the road in a garage. I will be seeking further assistance on this matter.

My 2nd car from Eddie Wright’s and another great service. Had the qashqui since September and is brilliant. The car was like brand new with low mileage and the price was lower than other dealers . The salesman gave no pressure and was helpful throughout and helped with the online stuff. All in all good quality cars and friendly, helpful staff. I will be going back in the future.

Would like to thank Glenn for his excellent customer service. Called in on Wednesday to look at cars for our daughter who has just passed her test. After being shown to the enormous showroom, we where left alone to brows. Glen popped out to see if we where ok and only stayed with us because we asked him to. He let her have a test drive in 2 of the cars and she choose the fiat 500. We/she wasn't pressured in any way, shape or form. We would gladly recommend using Eddie Wright car supermarket.

We purchased a car from Eddie Wrights, a VW Golf, The car broke down after circa 2k miles, in a dangerous fashion whilst on a motorway carrying my wife and two young children. The car was found to have an injector fault. This fault took 10days to rectify. This left my wife and children stranded. Since the car has been repaired the after sales service has been incredibly poor. Nobody will handle our complaint or even discuss. Trading standards are looking into this.

Further to the above there have been some developments. The poor and frankly rude customer service has continued. The car has been repaired under the warranty. However today, the car has again failed with the same issue. This latest episode will bring the repair bill on a £7k car to nearly £4k. This is within 6 months of the car being purchased from Eddie Wrights. Trading Standards are still investigating the garage, as are consumer rights. We are very very disappointed. The correspondence is poor and not helpful in the least. To date, not even a sorry has been muttered. We were mislead as to the involvement which EW would have in the cost for the car and therefore we have been left substantially out of pocket. I would advise to avoid at all costs. We appreciate that cars fail, however there should be systems and processes in place to accommodate.
Purchased a car from Eddie Wrights this week, upon leaving the dealership we noticed that the engine management light was on. This is despite us pointing this out on the test drive the week before and was told it’d be sorted by the time we collected. A car should not be allowed to leave your business with an engine fault. Now we are waiting for this to be fixed

Bought a car 2 months ago was told it would have a service.. it didn't. The seats was soaking the day I picked up the car.. Now it's spent more time in garage that if have driving it .. worst car I've owned.. feel as tho I've been sold a dud car and stuck with the repayments for a car I don't want to drive let alone own .Now I'm stuck without transport. Seeking legal advice..
