i had no any major issues with Eddie Wrights, friendly staff. no one try to push me. They replaced some very expensive parts in vehicle before selling. i personally dont got any negatives.

Albot helped me on my search for a new car! i had written of my vehicle and can only drive an auto car. Albot really helped in the processes and was very lenient with me being as i did not have a clue as to what car i wanted! I fell involve with the first car i drove and Albot helped me make a very easy decision! I got exactly what i wanted for the money i spent, and more!!! Would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone and will be recommending Albot to help them in there search for a new car!!!

From the first telephone call to the final contact all the staff I came in contact with were friendly. I’m always nervous when buying a car, as my experiences have not always been good. However, I would quite happily recommend Eddie Wright and would look at them when. Come to change my car again. My only gripe, and it is really advice, is that when quoting ‘on the road’ price, it would be best to add the cost of car tax on instead of leaving it at zero. Whilst I appreciate it has to be paid, ‘on the road’ should surely include it.

We were very pleased of the received service, our sales person was Albert who found the right car for us and made sure we are happy with our choice. The sale went fast, he was really helpful. I do recommend this Eddie Wrights.

Purchased a car from Eddie Wright Car Supermarket which only lasted 20 days before the manufacturer recommended a new engine due to internal leak. Eddie Wright's would not accept this recommendation for a new engine and advised that if this was required that it would only be replaced by a second hand engine. RAC warranty purchased with the car would not cover the fault as this vehicle was sold not fit for purpose. Director refused to speak to customer regarding issue. Car was rejected and returned to them. Worst customer service experience we have received after purchase of a vehicle or any product. My personal rating would be zero, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Larger issues like the one you experienced can't always be identified from the service we conduct before every car is sold. Whilst we can't control what the RAC warranty will cover, we were more than happy to take the car back from you in order to repair and issue you with another vehicle that you liked, in exchange, when you came back into the store. Not very good service I rang back several times no answer and found a car I liked was going for finance dont think I will now will be speaking to there manager tomorrow
