I bought a vehicle from them last year and have had several problems as a result of work that was carried out on the car. If you ring to discuss or complain, you are accused of being aggressive. They are happy to sell you a car but not interested in issues. Also keen to persuade you to buy gap insurance which they obviously get commission for. Would never buy from them again. Over priced for what you actually get.
in all the years of buying cars i have never been accused of lying but the salesman was very rude the car i was viewing was poorly presented scratches all over back door rubber badly split but worse of all damage to drivers side passenger seat and they had tried to bodge making it 100per cent worse. definitely not a company to deal with

Bought car, had problem since day one. In 3 times to repair, phone calls not returned, letter delivered by hand and personally handed to a senior member of staff, yet it went missing!!!! They won't acknowledge anything. Stay clear of Eddie Wrights...

As a client living 150 miles away I was pleased with the telephone service from Peter Scott and Mark. I was interested in a Jaguar XF Sportbrake and was given enough good information for me to agree to view the car with intention to purchase. I was well pleased that Peter had come in specially to effect the brief and handover and he completed the part-exchange and the final handover with clarity and professionalism helped by being a Jaguar owner. The Dealership was impressive, smart and easily found and the staff all helpful and pleasant. I drove the car 150 miles home in poor conditions and was very satisfied with the purchase and sale.

I bought a car from Eddie Wrights last week. They answered emails regarding enquiries for new cars straight away. After buying the car , I realised they had removed the key tag with the key number on . I have emailed them THREE times , but all messages have been ignored. It appears...once they have your money ....the service STOPS. Very disappointed. P Bateson.

yes i found the sales man very rude more orless called me a liar regarding my pat ex service records even though i had appointment cars not ready to view lots of scratches and marks on bodywork back door rubber split and worse of all back passenger side seat damaged and tried to bodgeup poor part ex values one to be definitely avoided
Saw car advertised when i went to see car next day the mileage was 700 higher, it was being used by manager, no handbook was supplied and still i am still waiting, I notice on the radio that there was a bad accident with someone trying to sort out cruise control, on his new car, i still haven't sorted it out, Sherick was helpful, but certainly things weren't explained.

on the 20th december 2017 i purchased an audi a4 2.0 tdi,with 49,000 miles fsh,upon getting its to my friends garage for a check up,i was disgusted to see it had not been serviced in a while,air filter was disgusting and falling to pieces,air box was full of leaves,oil filter had shrizzled to a collapsed state,the engine oil was tar like,the parking sensors did not work,since been repaired after 6 days without the car,i certainly would not reccomend eddiewrights car supermarket after spending good money with them you expect things to be checked out and serviced before the vehicle being released.

I have to rate Eddie Wright a 5 because all though I did have issues with the Ford I bought they got all of them fixed. I would recommend them on the basis that their aftercare is very good!
