Waiting for a month to fix my gear box... just to get told that thy can do it as they don't have full car history? brought from EDEN Stratford so i don't understand where's the issue. complained to Head office costumer care with no response... just ( call you back ) can't wait to find out how long it will take them to call me back :)
The worst car dealership experience I’ve ever had! An approved used vehicle that was continually returned for faults, including a recon gearbox at only 70k. I had to have countless debates with numerous people to eventually get this repaired, even though they had admitted it was faulty very early in the process. I found the staff unhelpful and dismissive of the issues, something I think they must have learned from their general manager ,Johnathan. Would NEVER use again.

I've been a happy customer for Vauxhall Banbury for 4/5 years - friendly team and good service. What's made me come on here though is the fact that I rang up telling them I was looking for a valuation of my car and to sell it and they said that was all fine - they could give me a price and take it off my hands. So I drove all the way from Bicester to Banbury, had organised a lift back home, only for them to tell me that my car is in great condition, but they don't actually purchase cars anymore! So absolute waste of my time and fuel. They literally said 'yes we can take the car off your hands', so organised an appointment, then they said 'actually we can't' and didn't admit any fault. I emailed them about the situation and they never emailed back.
I took my car to Eden Banbury for MOT It failed I was told due to the TPM light they need to run a diagnostic they said I need a new injector. My car stayed with them for 3 weeks because my old injector needs to be sent for repair, in the end, I was told my old injector is unrepairable. I paid £929 to pick my car up in the afternoon on my way to work the next morning the TPM light was back on and struggling to go up the hill. Took the car back to them and spoke was told by Alex Knight the Manager that I need to pay an extra £520 I asked him why he said because I have done 2000 miles after picking the car up. he shouldn't be a Manager the way he spoke if no one to replace him he needs more managerial training. This is not the first time this is happening it happened again when took my car for service in November 2021 after picked my after-service code light came back on I was charged over £150 again. My advice t people stayed away from Vauxhall especially if you do long distance Any Vauxhall Are not good for long- distance journey.
