Stay well clear of this dealership. They damaged my brand new alloy wheels then denied all knowledge of it after I put my car in for an expensive full service.clueless technicians,unhelpful staff and rude and arrogant service managers.the dealer principle is just as bad as well after not rectifying the damage to my vehicle which cost me in excess of £700 on top of my service bill.consumer direct complaint lodged and also reported to trading standards.by far the worst I've ever been treated by a garage.I strongly suggest you record the condition of your vehicle before you are desperate enough to use these. Shocking business!

***DO NOT PUBLISH- DUPLICATE REVIEW***Shocking abysmal customer service ..the most unprofessional I have ever encounteted. And clueless technicians. The Manager is rude , arrogant and obnoxious. I have reported them to Trading standards , they are a danger to the public , following experiences on my car. I will not expand here as it's an ongoing matter. Steer well clear !!!

I agree Edens are a waste of time the manager of branksome And Christchurch is very rude don't know how they are a business very unorganised real poor customer service, mechanics cannot even fit a radio without damaging other parts. Avoid them with all costs
I recently purchased a corsa energy from Branksome, cannot thank terry enough, he made the whole experience from start to finish a pleasurable . On hand over of the new car time was taken to explain everything with an open invite to call back should I have any further questions. I would definitely recommend terry and have already to family and friends. Thank you again!
The Vauxhall Adam that I purchased recently, is of very good build quality. Drives extremely well. management and staff were first class. Have no hesitation on continuing a positive relationship with the Poole dealership.
Customer service that Eden Vauxhall in Branksome provide is the most poorest thing in the world! I have to be calling them asking whats going on. Its there job to keep their customers up to date you would think! I do not recommend this car dealer.
The start and middle was bad, mainly chasing them and delays but the Vauxhall Adam is a very nice car and the ending and handover was good.

This is my perception of events that took place when I was interesting in test driving one of their cars. I phoned them on Monday 4 May 15 to book a test drive in a Vauxhall Corsa. I was told that I could not do this until Wednesday 6 May 15. I was told that I should ask for Mr D when I arrive. I duly arrived at the show room on 6 May 15 at the allotted time. I was approached by a salesman who asked if I needed help. I told him that I had arrived for a test drive and was told to ask for Mr D. He then told me that Mr D was on his day off and could he help. I said yes and he looked up the appointment that I had on his computer. He then went off for about 5-10 minutes to find the keys. On return he said that he would go and get the car ready for me. He was gone again for about 10 minutes. When he returned he told me that it was a bit embarrassing as the car that I was supposed to be test driving was up on the ramp with it's wheels off. He said that it had failed it's MOT and the front discs needed replacing. He then said that he would make a new appointment for me for the following day. He asked what time could I be there and I said that I was not available in the morning but could come in the afternoon. I said 2pm he said 2.30pm, so 2.30pm it was. The next day I decided that I had enough of being messed around by this organisation and emailed them on their contact form to say that I would not be arriving for the test drive. I sent that at about 2.20pm. During that afternoon several attempts were made to call me as to why I had not arrived for the test drive. Early evening I did speak to a Salesman who had phoned to ask when I was arriving for the Test Drive. I told him that I was not happy about my treatment the day before and had decided not to attend. I told him that this was just another example of the poor communication that exists in their organisation as I had already emailed several hours ago and before the test drive was due to commence to tell them that I would not be attending. A little later on their Chief Salesman phoned me and said that he had read the thread of what had occurred I told him all that had happened and said that I had not even received an apology. He said that I was right it is unacceptable and he would like to offer for him or one of his senior salespersons to have a chat and deal with the test drive. I said that I would not make that decision that night as I was currently busy. He then said if it is alright with you I will phone you tomorrow to find out what we can do to put this right etc. The next day Friday 8 May 15 cam and went as did the 9th & 10th with no further contact from this Showroom. Again, my perception is poor customer care and bad communication is apparent. The perception then becomes if they are like this before a sale what are they like after it?

Bought a new Vivaro double cab "the last one so it's that or nothing" etc etc four days in and the dashboard shut down...four separate visits to this dealership and they still didn't fix it properly. They failed to even set the tracking up correctly. The most abysmal customer service and the lowest of the low technical ability...I think it had five or six visits in as many months. A whole list of problems which the franchise owner, his staff and Vauxhall Uk didn't want to deal with and just dismissed. It was also incorrectly recording mileage which, again, was dismissed. Six months of hell and a long list of emails finally came to an end when I asked the finance company to step in and help. They were good enough to arrange for an auto engineer to meet and check the van. He didn't like what he saw and submitted his report. I have now had the contract cancelled and the van collected. Honestly, if you want peace of mind and trouble free motoring then use a different franchise...if you want utter hell, poor service and the chance to be told on the phone by the franchise owner just what type of customer you are then go ahead. Personally, I'll never go near a Vauxhall again.
Branksome branch very useless customer service , most of them don't know what they are doing. Lots of delays cos someone is off today and no one knows or he doesn't tell u but says u should come and see him. Would never do business or recommend to anyone.
