Andy Witt Well what can I say about this company apart from DONT BOTHER. I took my vehicle here over 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for it back. Everytime I call them I get told they will call me back. Guess what I'm still waiting for the call back. Twice a week I've been calling them to get my vehicle back. It needed a remap, DPF clean, Mot and service. I keep getting the same answer when I phone. Someone will get back to me. They also told me that the vehicle needed a new DPF at a cost of £3500. The vehicle doesn't need one. It's only because I have spoken to the main man who does the remapping o know this. If I had been some little old lady who doesn't know anything about cars and people that work on them. I would of had to paid it. They say that all their so called mechanics are factory trained. What a load of lies. I have never known any place like it. I was also told that they have spent 8 hours on my vehicle. WOW I wish I could only work 8 hours in over 3 months. As I'm self employed I need my vehicle for work. The amount of time I have had to take off work because I don't have another vehicle is beyond a joke. Once again I'm saying please don't go here as you will never get your vehicle back. But you will be over charged and lied to over and over again.

Don't expect a quick fix or any infact,there is no communication, you will have to constantly badger them, at this point you are likely to encounter Tony, he will bamboozle you with esotericial jargon and subterfuge, while the £ counters keep turning, don't question Tony to far though, otherwise he will become Irritated and angry telling you to go elsewhere.. car broke down middle of october, recovered to eden vauxhall christchurch. had to call them a week later as not heard from them. Told part delayed for another week. had to call again another week later as still nobidy called me. Part still delayed again. Being told it was due in on a certain date and then told a different date again. eventually part arrived 2nd week of december yes 2 months. but no phone calls from eden vauxhall in this period not once! Collected car and was very dirty. was told all done and given key and nothing else. So i asked are you sure ?they said yes, then i said well i noticed the front brakes had new parts on when i looked at the car. then they checked a found out that it had had new pads fitted front and rear. So if had not checked the car and noticed the brakes and challenged them i would have drove the car off not knowing that the brakes would be at 100% and could have had an accident. as they brakes had not bedded in yet.
We have just bought our new car from Eden Vauxhall’s in Chrisrchurch. We had previously visited many different garages in the surrounding areas. There was no comparison from the previous level of service which we received. Janet looked after us from beginning to end and we were greatly impressed by not only her professionalism and knowledge, but in the wonderful warmth of her nature and helpfulness. Fantastic! Her boss should be immensely proud of her. Thank you Janet very much. Everyone we met there were completely genuine and really nice. It made our experience there a pleasure. I left a message for Robert Wernham, who handled our last Corsa purchase in Oct 2015, but he hasn't managed to 'phone back. And now my local vauxhall dealer has contacted me and offered the Vauxhall Corsa-e 100kW 50kWh Auto Elite Nav 7.4kWCh at £28,710 (incl Govt £3,5k grant) which I think we will accept. Dick turpin of dealerships take your money and deliver a third world service They keep you hanging on and on They are desperate to get rid of old stock I had a number of issues and not even a sorry! Russel Davis was sales person he lies his pants off! Dealership is one big joke!

Ive had two cars on pcp from Eden Vauxhall in Christchurch and have always found everyone very helpful but would like to put a special shout out to Alex in servicing who went out of his way to help me with my memory stick that wouldn't play music in my corsa, he took it home over the weekend and re formatted it for me! How kind and incredibly helpful and extremely polite!
Bought a brand new Vauxhall from Eden Vauxhall Christchurch under warranty. Was told at the time only tires and brakes weren’t covered. The windscreen washers stopped working and instead of changing the fuse myself (because i am told this voids the warranty) they decided to charge £38 pounds for a 50p fuse and told I was lucky because it’s normally £76 but they have waived the rest out of good will - lol. Also told that I have to get it serviced with them as well as this would also void the warranty which is also a lie.

When I bought my Vauxhall Adam from here in June last year, the whole process was smooth and easy and the salesman was a pleasure to deal with! He was friendly and helpful and knew what he was talking about. When I received the car it was immaculate and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. I would very happily recommend this dealership to anyone.
