Had a full service on my son’s corsa. Strange that nothing was noted which was flagged during the MOT, split tyre, leaking exhaust, rusty rear springs and oil leak. Other issues were pointed out with a final invoice of £820.00. Service advisors explanation was there technician didn’t find those faults, not even the split tyre. First time user and last time user of this company. I want to know that my son is driving a safe car.!!!!!!!!
"I recently visited Eden Vauxhall Fareham to purchase a van on lease. We agreed on a Peugeot Expert van for £12,979 with a down payment of £2,000 and signed the necessary financial documents. The mileage was advertised as 84,000, and the collection date was set. However, later, the dealership contacted me to inform me that the actual mileage was 90,040 and not the 84,000 they initially stated. Despite this discrepancy, they refused to reduce the price, and I ultimately withdrew from the deal. I am disappointed by this experience and would caution potential customers to verify all information before signing any agreements with Eden Vauxhall Fareham. This misrepresentation of the mileage is unacceptable, and it shows a lack of transparency and honesty on the dealership's part."

Horrendous experience with Eden Fareham all they want is money up front ...will not use the warranty u have in place because they don't earn as much money from it. Rude. Stuck up and argumentative

Terrible service from Eden Vauxhall Fareham, had a seizure less than two weeks after purchasing a car hadn’t even done 100 miles in the car had my driving licence taken away for medical issues and there is nothing they will do to help me out. Spoke to manager Natasha and was nothing but rude
Ive been with Eden Vauxhall for many years, even brought two cars from them and always gets great customer service, always helpful and supportive everytime I get my car sorted. they all deserve such praise, I mean that, esp also to Clive, Eliot, Alex, David, Natasha, Daisy and all at the service dept. as without them I wouldn't be driving my lovely car, they always there when its needed work on. Eden Vauxhall Fareham I would recommend them to anyone. The Bosses at Vauxhall should give them more praise for what they do, as I'm doing here. Keep up the great work to you all Eden Vauxhall Fareham. From john Horne, Hampshire artist, fareham

Recently bought a zafira from Eden Vauxhall Fareham. Had a puncture no spare wheel. Rang the garage who said new cars don't come with a spare. Mine is a 17 plate. Once the new tyre had been fitted low tyre warning light wouldn't go off. Service manager just said I should take it back to where tyre was fitted didn't even look at the car. Won't be buying from here again.
I bought an Insignia from Eden Fareham and the saleman (Luke) was great. There was a faulty tyre pressure sensor, so Luke ordered me a replacement. NOW FOR THE SHOCKING SERVICE THAT FOLLOWS: The problems started when I went to have the sensor fitted. I was told I could have a waiting appointment and that my car would be first into the garage, if I arrived before 08:00, which I duly did Having gone for breakfast, I returned an hour later to see my car still on the forecourt When the car was eventually worked on, I was told that the mechanic had damaged the tyre and needed to go and get a new one, so there would be a delay. Next, I was informed that the mechanic collecting the tyre had "broken down", so there would be a delay. He finally returned and was fitting my tyre, so progress was being made, although after an hour I challenged the receptionist and was told that there was a need for a 15 minute test drive to calibrate the sensor After a further 30 minutes I started to complain about the excessive time it was taking to fit a simple sensor, only to be told that they were having trouble finding the "original" ticket I was too angry to complain at the time, as I would have just ranted at the first person I saw, so I drove slowly home and phoned the garage and asked to speak to a manager as I had a complaint. I was left on hold for a period and was then connected to somebody unable to talk to me about complaints, saying that he would get a senior manager to call me back. When he called me the manager was dissmisive and "sorry they didn't come up to my expectations". He also stated that they do not bother looking at these customer reviews, so no lessons will be learnt from this customer experience either!! Is it just me, or does anybody else think that a 4 hour wait, three excuses and a dismissive management attitude is not the customer service one would expect, following a fault on a car purchased from a main dealer?

At least your TPMS was covered by warranty. They insisted mine wasn't, charged me £90 for the diagnostic check! The dealer I bought the vehicle from questioned whether or not they were actually a genuine Vauxhall dealership! They re-reimbursed the money and fitted a new sensor under warranty! I have also had other problems too!
Would not buy a Vauxhall car, we have one that is 18 months old and did a service late. 6 months later the car has a fault and Vauxhall are refusing to fix it l, due to the service being late, even though this is unrelated to the fault. Now they are trying to charge us between 2-4k to fix it. Disgusting
John D in response to Poor Service
With any warranty you have to ensure it serviced at the correct intervals as the warranty has to be validated every 12 months. Also if you read your car insurance documents, you have also ensure the car is serviced regularly. So you were probably driving uninsured. Hardly the dealers fault for your incompetence.
Eden Vauxhall in Fareham are a bunch of bullies from the salesman to the manager. I was told on the phone they have a pre-registered Mokka for 13k, I arrive at the dealer and they tell me it costs 16k. Then they value my car £4,000 so I was expecting to pay the Mokka £12k (16k-4k=12k). But the final price is £14k, so they lie to me about the value of my car, which they estimated £2k, not £4k. They show me a contract that doesn't reflect any of these numbers, but only shows the monthly payments I have to pay. They put so much pressure to close the deal on the spot, which I obviously don't want to do and they make you feel uncomfortable if they see you refuse their deal.

What an absolute bunch of amateurs, from the salesmen to the after care and service, or more like lack of. bought a brand new car off them in 2013 and had nothing but issues and no support from anyone. Its now in for its service and part of this service includes changing the spark plugs... issue is car is diesel and they dont have spark plugs...fills me with confidence!!! Will be glad to finish my dealings with Eden and will never buy another and encourage anyone considering it not to!
