I have been a customer of Eden Newbury for around 7 years now. Unfortunately i’m writing this because their standards are slipping and it is not acceptable. I collected my new car (2021 Grandland X) around 6 weeks ago and already have had to book it in for a new battery as the car barely turns over and the stop start does not work. The earliest I could get me in was 2 months away which is not acceptable but I was told “well what else do you want us to do?” - Stupid question. I also complained about a chip in the windscreen but it fell on deaf ears. When I asked if their cars were inspected before being sold I was told “well they normally are”. Since I made this booking I have noticed that the rear screen wash is not working and the parcel shelf in the boot is broken. We have this car on a 4 year lease and unless they can solve these issues we will not be coming back.
Had my car serviced at Eden Newbury, always first class, but my Apple Car Play started playing up afterwards. Changing radio stations ad hoc, satnav not working so took it back to Edens in the hope someone could check it. Josh was on the desk and came to have a look. He tried a few things but it wasnt helping. So Josh called Andy. Andy came out, disconnected the battery, reconnected and everything working brilliantly! Cant praise the Eden staff enough, Thankyou!

I had a confirmed appointment to view and test drive a used car, arrived a few minutes early, and was told by the receptionist the agent would be a few minutes. I waited outside for 10mins and had a brief look at the outside of the car. I returned to the showroom and waited a further 25 minutes, the receptionist was obviously at lunch. Eventually someone from 'servicing' came over and asked if I was being attended to? I believe she asked a manager where the agent was, and I heard 'she is at the garage getting some fuel in cans'. After 35 minutes I had had enough and told the manager I was leaving, and they had lost a possible 10k sale. he then had the cheek to ask where was I going to look for another car. I went on 'spec' to a nearby Ford dealer and after being helped for almost 2 hours, trying vehicles, brought a Ford, spending 11k. no further contact from Eden, or even an apology. Lesson learned Eden??

Bought my first car with the assistance of Jordan. It was a really good first experience and he did his best to make sure that I stayed within my budget! Car was ready and services very quick and is now with me already. He explained everything and was very helpful was a pleasant experience!! Thankyou

It was a pleasure dealing with Eden Vauxhall as nothing was a bother to them and they were extremely helpful, the sales executive was lovely and answered all my concerns and questions. I recommend them without a shadow of a doubt.
