Having bought my car almost 3 months ago from Eden Vauxhall Reading the after sales service was very disappointing so much so I had to take my car for a second repair at Snows of Basingstoke. Other issues also raised concerns about the service I experienced.

3 year old Corsa 1.5 diesel Since the turn of the year constant electrical problems and beging of June. The car stalled after driving 100 yard and fail to start again How did tide to Eden Vauxhall in reading for the 7th June to it Josh first told my timing chain has snapped and then told no. its the timing chain? I and will need a new engine after weeks of trying to contact Eden Vauxhall finally got a reply and they said that they would put any engine if I contributed now after several emails. Vauxhall Eden a painful the new engine now. Indian was fitted last Monday. Still haven't got the car back apparently. Now it leads a new ECU I've constantly being taught trying to contact them to which they say they are reply which they never do. I then call back at the end of the day to which they say are. We'll call you tomorrow. They never do. This is ridiculous. And I'm pretty sure if I was male things would be different

My Dad and I came in to meet Josh and he was great to explain things, à super credible sales person and had such a positive, ‘pleased for me’ as the customer type demeanour. Have to really thank you Josh. Great to be served by you! Thanks Sam

Lie about delivery dates to get sales from other competitors. Scammed and 80 year old lady saying it will be 3 months and now over 9! Already paid deposit and thousands for home charger as well . Avoid at all costs!
8 weeks we owned a van, £22k plus, same error constantly all they do is update it and fob you off
Hadmy Vectra on for mot see faisell on service Desk he got mot done with n ,1.5 hours whilst I waited.great service
4 hour /100 mile round trip to get a product recall done. No paperwork to prove it's been done. Tried complaining and am still waiting for Service Manager to call me back and confirm if the work has been done or not. NEVER USE!!!

We were worried about buying a car during this horrible covid virus. We neednt have worried. The service here was great. Ross and Sarah were very helpful. Everything was made easy. Everything was made safe. A very pleasant experience in some troubled times, but go to Eden Reading and your worries fade away.
I've been to the dealership 3 times in the past 3 weeks attempting to buy a car from Eden Vauxhall Reading. On each occasion, there was no salesperson on the forecourt. Walking into the showroom, they're all sat at their empty desks. They see you standing there and quickly look down. There is apathy to selling cars. Each time, I left without talking to one of their staff. This last time was my last visit. I'll spend my money elsewhere. You'd think that with this Covid situation they'd want to increase their sales. Clearly they must have lots of money swilling around. They don't need customers.

Eden Vauxhall Reading is a new and used approved Vauxhall specialist. They stock a range of new and used cars and vans in their showroom and also offer MOTs and Servicing too. Motability and finance are available at this site should you need it.
