I’m a retired psychiatric nurse and know all the tricks that people play on each other to gain advantage. Selling s/h cars is a wonderful playground for this particular activity. Nick is bright, slightly manic and a charmer. That makes him a great salesman. The key thing he does have is a working moral compass.. The car? Looked half it’s age/mileage and the valeting was stunning. I came to look at just this vehicle so the ten or so others were just glanced at, but, l think with limited space he just sells prime cuts. Well worth a bookmark.

Bought a BMW X1 from Nick in January 2020. Very honest and fair guy, no BS from him and he gave great advice about selling my current car. Would definitely buy a car from him again.
Nick Barnes of Edwards Automotive who runs this dealership is the best firm I have ever bought a car from. The service is absolutely superb. I bought a BMW 1-series in May 2019 and before delivery he found a minor fault which meant he had to spend over £2000 on it thus losing money on the deal we had made. Despite this, Mr Barnes made sure that he met the expense from his own pocket and made the 500 mile 9 hour round trip from Plymouth to Hertfordshire to deliver the vehicle for free. YOU JUST DO NOT GET DEALERS OFFERING SUCH SUPERP SERVICE THESE DAYS!

Just recently purchased a car from edwards automotive. I would highly recommend this car dealer. He told me about everything about the car excluding every little scratch and even things I didnt even notice. He even offered to deliver the car for free. Nice bloke. Happy to do business with him again.
