Brought a fiesta 6 weeks ago from Elite Motor Sales which has been back three times and now the car is off the road, unsafe to drive. I was told like many others that I would get a 12 month warranty but after constantly chasing nothing has been sent to me as promised. Had to put a complaint in writing and still no response and Although giving them multiple opportunities to fix the problems I now have no car and I am out of pocket by thousands of pounds. I will be writing again, contacting trading standards and going to court all while I have no car. Be warned.
Purchased a Audi A3 in March '17 from 'Elite Motor Sales' and have had nothing but problems with the car. Numerous trips to the garage and large amounts of money spent and it still isn't fixed! Avoid...

very good experience over all! I boght a Vauxhall Insignia from here a few months ago, I have had no major issues with it and it was clean and in good shape. The car could have been a bit cleaner and the process could have been faster but all in all I am satisfied and I would recommend them.

Recently purchased a Mazda 6 from Elite, excellent service from start to finish, no pressure selling from Sean and his team. The cars been great no issues at all with it, good support when part ex my old car. Superb approach by Sean throughout the buying process will look to return when I've worn this one out. Really good buying experience with Elite Motor Sales. I purchased a Toyota from them for a really good, fair price and its in excellent condition! I have had no issues at all. Everything was very simple and easy and the dealers were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them, definitely.

I didn't have any bother with Elite Motor Sales, I had a good chat with the bloke and he seemed reasonable. I'm very happy with the car and the price I paid. There was a small problem with the radiator which was fixed up under warranty so no problems there, it was nice doing business with them. There's a nice cafe across the road who do a nice sausage sandwich which was a bonus!

The Volvo I purchased had a major gearbox fault which I discovered when it was jumping on the drive home, it's cost me nearly £1700 to get fixed. I'm confident they should have known about this before sale and I'm not happy about receiving it in such condition.

We have just been alerted to this review. This comment does not refer to this company. We did not sell the car referred to in this post, and as you can see from other reviews if we do experience any issues with cars purchased from us they are dealt with promptly and courteously without any quibble. All our cars are sold with a full five star labour, parts and VAT warranty covering all mechanical and electrical faults, less standard motor trade exclusions. The warranties provided are from minimum three months to thirty six months.
Elite Motor Sales were absolutely brilliant. Buying the car was so quick and everything was fast tracked. A few weeks after we had a major problem with the catalytic converter and were worried to was going to cost a fortune but we let the dealership know and they fixed it for free. Problem solved!
